M& L for acrylic polymer modified cementitious high performance high performance coating ( two component) with high solid content on wall surface and can be used for both side water proofing and unmatched resistance to hydrostatic pressure which resist upto 5 bars of positive hydrostatic pressure and form highly elastic film which provides elongation up to 100 as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified & directed. Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for single component polymer modified mortar smart care as repair mortar on wall / ceiling with compressive strength of 38 mpa at 28 days (ASTM C 109:99) and tensile strength of 2.5 mpa (ASTM C 307} upto 15 mm in two coat @ 17 Kg for 15 mm thickness per Sqm as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Manufacturer : Asian / Berger/Nerolac .

Complete removing of existing treatment by scrapping with wall sander L-01/ H-01 ( having mechanical vacuum mechanism) or equivalent having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7" / 9" to make the surface free from dust loose paint etc by skilled labour as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing cement based wall care putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the newly plastered / old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even & smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with wall sander L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500 sanding pad of 240 grit or above having dia of 7" / 9" to make the surface free from dust , loose paint etc, by skilled labour with the following steps . Step 1 - Mix the putty powder by adding 40 to 50% water as per manufacturer instruction and mixed it with putty mixer ( true care putty mixer with minimum 1400 watt power having mixer rod of industrial steel grade 45 with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 Kg putty per minute). Step 2 - Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty by graco spray machine ( Model EH 230D!) or equivalent having the DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of maximum 6 Ltr/ minute with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041". Step 3- Allow 6-8hours time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified & directed. Make of Manufacturer : Asian / Berger/Nerolac

M & L for one coat of acrylic water based interior / exterior grade primer @0.9 Itr (undiluted ) /10sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application having an electric motor of minimum 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 Itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified & directed. M & L for apply two coats of oil bound distemper on wall or ceiling surface using airless spray technology with maximum working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable for operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed. M & L for two coat of water based premium quality acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of approved colour on external wall surface with silicone additive & colour stay technology, excellent dirt pick up resistance of approved make with low VOC less than 50, anti fungal properties in two coats @1.79 Itr (undiluted) /10 Sqm diluted with water in 5:2 ratio as per manufacturer instruction applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of approved make having an electric motor of min 1HP with a flow speed of min 1 Ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both coats of paints with 8 years performance warranty from manufacture and instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note against item No 5, 07 to 12 :- (a) The preparatory and application work pertaining to periodical services and water proofing shall be excited from authonzed applicator duly certified by manufacturer of the Paint, Distemper, Putty etc Before execution of work necessary approval shall be taken from GE with all documentary evidences. (b) Where the items executed upto 10 mtr height, necessary scaffolding props, jacks, shuttering & ladder shall be provided by the contractor in his own arrangement and the same is included in unit rates quoted. Green cloth shall be provided all around the work site for any position/height with all safety precaution i.e. Safety Jacket, Safety Shoes, Safety Masks, Safety Helmet, Salery harness, Safety Goggles etc without safety precaution this work will not be commenced as decided by Engineer-in-Charge. NO extra cost shall be paid for such precaution shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (c) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fittings damaged during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost to the department. The decision of the GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (d) The debris including vegetation plant/trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 Km and n.exe 1.00 K m all as directed by Engineer -in charge. (e) For deciding the girth of the plant/tree the height shall be taken at 30 cm above the slab/wall. (c) The contractor shall enter a 'Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) duly notarised (not later than 03 months old) with manufacturer mentioned in the particular specification. Work shall only be commenced when MoU shall be submitted by the Contractor. Validity of MOU shall be valid during the currency of the work. However during delect liability period if any defect noticed contractor shall only be responsible for rectification of the same. (d) Insurance for each worker shall be provided during currency of the work. Same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (e) Masking / covering of windows/ door during spray painting using polythene film shall be deemed to ne included in the quoted rate. (f) No payments for additional shall be paid to the contractor. (g) Cleaning and clearing site of paint, mats, etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (h) Completion of the work will not be issued without proper cleaning of site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparation of existing old plastered surfaces including removal of existing treatment of any layer and applying two coat of Dr. fixit sure ceal damp proof chemical course or Smartcare hydraulic water proofing of approved make/ manufacturer on plaster surfaces complete all as specified and as per manufacturer instructions. M&L for oblitering of old writing letters or figures (block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 cm height for writing Bldg Nos, Block Nos and Quarter Nos etc. and rewriting with synthetic enamel paint to match with existing letters and rewriting the letters upto four story complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewriting or repainting of existing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30cm high with synthetic enamel paint complete. complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of wood and wood based materials by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces or steel base material of any description not otherwise described, surface exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with paint sprayers, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint white or tinted of approved shade over a coat of alkali resistant primer over & including 1 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of wall and applying one coat of water based premium quality acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of approved colour on external wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for crack filling with water proof cement based wall care putty as required over the plastered or painted wall / ceiling surface of external / internal after scrapping to prepare the surface complete by skilled manpower & making good to facing where required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided as in RCC water storage tank etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down plaster from edges of RCC chajja / Beam/ Column or corners where steel reinforcement coming out and grouting with cement and filling the same with 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:3 ) and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer to match with the existing shade/colour of building complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Quoted rates shall deemed to be included with necessary scaffolding upto three story height and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account

M & L reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas, landing, balconies, canopy, desk slab & in shelves etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L formwork to Chajjas, rack slabs, lintel or similar work for fair finished surfaces, horizontal or sloping etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

S&F wire netting of stainless steel wire 0.71 dia and size of mess 25mm (chicken wire mesh) cut to length & shape as required including binding & fixing with nails & clips complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, roof kerbs, benching on roof slab and other similar works laid as per slop required finished even and fair complete including necessary form work if any complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work with rolled mild steel sections conforming to Gde Fe- 290 Gde E-165) 'A' quality as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails & guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and directed.
