Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 5 star rated split air condition of capacity 2.0 TR (6000 Kcal/Hr) complete with cordless remote control unit and air ionizer and plasma filter for better air quality. Indoor unit shall be Hi wall mounted type suitable for 230 volts, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply and capable of performing the function as cooling, air circulating and filtering. The air condition shall be complete with automatic temperature control ( by comprising of variable speed / variable tonnage depending upon heat load inside the room) with electronic thermostat complete as per IS 11338 of 1985. Outdoor unit of the AC shall be fitted with discharge cooled type rotary / scroll compressors operating on non CFC refrigerant with suitably rated capacitors start electric motor equipped with overload protection and duly mounted on resilient mounting for quite operation. The casing of indoor unit shall be made of ABS/HIPS/GS. The control box of the indoor unit shall with stand flame retardant test to grade V/O as per UL 94. The filter packs provided shall be washable. Remote cordless control with LCD/LED display shall be provided on indoor unit and on handset. Overall powder factor of the unit shall not be less than 0.85 at operating conditions. The inverter type AC shall correlate to the values as specified by the OEM and latest IS/BIS certification as mentioned in the table 2.2 of the Gazette of India notification No. 024 (E) dated 5 Jan 2010 issued by central Government of India. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of 2.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper cable 3 mtr length, bracket, hole in brick wall etc for fixing & connection)

S & F Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 90V to 270 V with out put voltage stabilizer at 230v with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified & directed.

S&F single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 240V, 20Amps to the wall surface or making suitable size of hole in the wall to fix it whenever its required and making good the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed sub main (For AC) wiring using FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable two single core of size 4.0 Sqmm of voltage rating upto and including 1100 volts drawn in and including PVC concealed conduit of dia not less than 20 mm dia with all fittings and accessories along with one run of PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 4.00 Sq as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Two runs of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one length.

Supply & laying of copper tubing of dia 5/8 inch dia including insulation with heavy duty rubber foam & brazing work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying of copper tubing of dia 15 mm dia including insulation with heavy duty rubber foam & brazing work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC insulated flexible wire four core 2.5 sqmm copper conductor 1100 volt grade heavy duty complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F low density polythene pipe (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kg/sq cm drain pipe of size 40 mm bore from indoor unit to exist point as per design including accessories clamp fasteners complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of desert cooler overall minimum size 650 mm X 650 mm X 910 mm electric driven, 230 Volts, single phase, 50 Hz supply having nominal air flow capacity of 5000 Cfm or nearest standard size shall be placed on existing platform / stand including provision of PVC braided connection heavy duty 750 mm long with brass union at both ends for necessary water connection complete. Desert cooler comprising of the following :- (a) Nominal air delivery : Min 4000 Cum / hr (b) Mounting: Floor standing without wheels. (c) Filter pads : Wood wool pads (Non - corrosive wire guard for filter pads shall be provided. (d) Float valve at inlet : 15 mm dia PVC with plastic ball and aluminium rod. (e) Sump tank capacity : 80 Ltrs for 4000 nominal capacity (f) Sheet thickness and material for filter panel, grill, top of cooler body and cabinet : Minimum 1.00 mm thick PGI sheet ( zinc coating not less than 100 gms / Sqm) and sump tank - Minimum 1.25 mm thick PGI sheet ( zinc coating not less than 100 gms / Sqm) (g) All internal surfaces of cooler shall be painted with water resistant paint to IS 9862 (Latest version) (h) Fan size : 18 inch for 4000 nominal capacity (j) Fan motor : Khaitan (Model A-080, Power : 1/7 HP, 3 speed, Voltage : 230 V, 50 Hz, Speed : 1360 RPM, Class B insulation) with standard clamps for fixing to body of cooler or equivalent make of Crompton Greaves, Usha, Bajaj, Havells (k) Three meter minimum length of ISI marked connecting cable with 3 pin moulded plug top, 5/6 Amp with on / off switch shall be provided (l) Submersible pump 40 watt (Minimum capacity) : Make Khaitan (Model: AQUA80) or equivalent in CG/ Bajaj / Havells / Vansal or Summar cool / Khaitan, 220 / 240 Volts, Single phase, 50 HZ having lifting height 3 meter of Crompton / Vansal/ Bajaj (m) Spray painting to external surfaces of cooler and anticorrosive rubber paint to internal surface of water tank portion. (n) Stop valve & PVC water connection pipe shall be deemed to included in rate quoted by the bidder.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of water cooler of full stainless steel (FSS), electric driven, single phase, having nominal cooling capacity 40 ltr and storage capacity of 80 Litres (environmental friendly gas) including provision of PVC braided connection heavy duty 750 mm long with brass union both ends suitable for 15 mm bore GI pipe water connection and necessary drain out water PVC pipe of suitable dia and length as required complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) Quoted rate deemed to be included cost of PVC connection, drain out water PVC pipe etc
