M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan motor 1200/1400 mm sweep any make with super enameled copper winding wire ISI marked of gauge as per existing including cutting and getting out old US winding, sleeve work, varnishing , threading incl. making connections with three core copper flexible wire of suitable size and reassembling the same and two coats of synthetic enamel paints with spray painting and writing MES number ind. cleaning the fan with cleaning materials or thimmbles after testing at full load with blades to the entire satisfaction of Engineer incharge complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rewinding work of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/ cabin/wall mounted fan shall be carried out inside the camp area at the location provided by department.

M&L for preparing the surface of ceiling fan, exhaust fan, pedestal fan including cleaning, removing grease, carbon dust and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour with brush painting and writing MES number complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old energy meter and Supply, installing, testing & commissioning of smart RF single Phase meter with AC single phase two wire, tamper proof static meter of class 1.0, 240 V, 50 Hz, 10 A to 60 A confirming to IS-16444 and relevant IEC standards within built 865-867 MHz Radio frequency communication facility with self healing Mesh network with default and on demand display, billing data generation facility, anti temper features, Microprocessor and LED/LCD based circuitry. Meter should support sending the 15/30 mint instantaneous data for voltage, current, power factor, power, cumulative energy and frequency, monthly billing survey for cumulative energy and Max demand to software data. Meter should have connect/disconnect functionality operable from MDM/billing software and prepaid features should be MDM/billing end as per IS-15959 part 2. The meter should support open communication protocol DLMS with the software complete all as directed. Make:- L&T cat part No. WM101BC7DLPR6INN or equivalent in Secure/Havells/HPL Note:- Old Electric meter shall be deposited at E/M store yard.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. to match the existing complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Credit for this items shall be made as per conditions separately.

M&L for point wiring complete for one light/fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way 5 Amp switch with PVC (FRLSH) insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core drawn in and including minimum 20 mm dia 'medium grade' PVC concealed conduits ISI marked and fittings, including anodised pressed steel concealed terminal switch boxes not less than 2 mm thick of reqd size factory made duly painted inside and outside with one coat red oxide primer, 3mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with chromium plated brass screws & washers complete including 1.50 sqmm nominal cross sectional area PVC(FRLSH) insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor green as earth wire connected to earth dolly with all accessories including cutting chases for concealed piping and making good disturbed surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing meter panel board removing existing energy meter keeping safe custody and Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type wall mounting size min (980X 650X245), Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made Meter Panel. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel type wall mounted on mounting structure RAL 7016. The meter panel should be anti-acid & anti corrosive & fully transparent Door for meter vision. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of CPRI test report in polycarbonate only degree of ingress protection IP65 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane and enclosure make. The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1.

The CPRI test report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily: Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable.. The panel should passed glow wire test 960oC in accordance with 60695-2-11 flame retardant and self-extinguishing complete all as directed with and incl the following (a) Provision for existing electric energy meter - 04 nos in separate chamber with locking arrangement. (a) Four pole MCCB 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA having fixed thermal and fixed magnetic release and spreader link at both incoming and incoming side - 01 No. (b) MCB DP 32 Amp 10 KA , C Curve - 4 Nos (To be connected with 4 Nos Meters) (c) MCB DP 06 Amp 10 KA, C Curve - 1 No (For common lighting + Bldg Security Lights) (d) Ten Nos terminal blocks provided for output supply. (e) MCCB/MCB Nos Operated by flip Cover
