(iii) Minor items like machine screw, plastic clamps, insulation tape, nails, flexible pipe, thimbles, lugs for contactor, etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iv) The major items replaced during repairs shall be measured and paid under respective items of Sch 'A'.
