Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non- skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) 400x400mm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tile laying over and including15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 for floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600X 300X 7/8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match coloured tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles of 20mm thick machine cut and machine, polished,and moulding, window cills, riser of steps and urinal partition wash basin platforms and flooring,skirting/dados, kitchen like in cement mortar(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of marble laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match including rubbing & mirror polishing ding and inclucding 10mm thick cement plaster on brick surfaces or concrete surface in cm (1:4) finished even and rough as screed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) (nominal mix) as in slabs supported on wall,landing, balconies, shelves and like including bonding agent , complete all as specified and directed. (reinforcement to be measured & paid under respective items).

Supply and fix TMT bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) but not less than 0.9 mm dia conforming to Fe-410 - 0, complete all as specified and directed.
