SCH 'A' PART XI (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Schedule 'A' Part-II.

(A) (BUILDING WORKS ADDL/ALTN)

Supply and fixing Aluminium composite pannel 6mm thick, outer skin of Aluminium sheet 0.5mm thick both sides with non toxic LDPE Core PVDF Coated Marble / wood finish, UV resistant, manufactured with anti fade / anti scrach technology, Class B-2 Fire proof with protective film complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for PVC (SWR) of 150 mm bore bends of any radius and grade PE 80 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC in repair (SWR) pipes 150 mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed on walls or in floors including necessary MS cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for SFRC drain/manhole cover 'heavy duty' of overall size 600mm x 450mm x 100mm factory made complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Notes: - Contractor will provide manufactuerer test certificate of SFRC cover & frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/removing of existing water proofing treatment of any description on roof surfaces and wall surfaces complete, including screed bed, racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., and removing rubbish out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced elastromeric PU based liquid water proofing compound membrane complete all as specified and as directed as comprising the followings:- (i) with resilient acrylic polymers having sun reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 as approved by GE on top of roof surface in three coats @ 10.76 ltr /10 Sqm, One coat of self priming of elastomeric PU based water proofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3 :1 i.e. 3 part of water proofing liquid and one part of water), (ii) laying of Geo Textile Fleece and two coats of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid. (iii) The dry film thickness of complete allocation/ system should not be less than 600 micron. (iii) The treatment shall be carried out through authorised representative of manufacturer and application shall be by mechanical sprayers

Dismantling of aluminium partition, door in cabin or partition along with glass sheet and particle sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Polyurethene(PU) floor 5mm thick consisting of one coat of Priming coat using primer of equalent or approved make, Three component Epoxy Screed coat, top PU coat followed by 150 micon of Abrasion resistant coat of using Lambwool roller of approved shade including necessary prepration to existing concrete surfaces by removing the existing paint, oil grease strain, mortar etc by means of mechanical grinding all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of polyurethene based four component to match with the PU flooring shade, heavy duty of equalent or approved make with surface primed using epoxy based solvent free including necessary prepration to steel/concrete surfacescomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for filling the joints of 30mm to 40mm wide & 45mm to 50mm deep by three component high strength pre batched ready to use epoxy mortar. The surface shall be duly cleaned of all dust and loose particles using mechanical grinding and high pressure air blower.the surface shall be primed using two component Epoxy Primer prior to the filling of joint with epoxy mortarcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for Sealing the joints with Polyurethane sealant compound of size 10mm wide and 10mm depth after and including placing the closed cell medium density Polyethene Backup rod of 10mm dia, all as per manufacturer's instructions including applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and removing the tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and as directed.

Raking out old decayed/damaged existing sealing compound from existing expansion or dummy joints of size 30mm to 40mm wide and 45 to 50 mm average depth and cleaning the joints thoroughly by removing dust dirt, Loose and foreign material by appropriate hand tools such as chiesel, hammer or L hooks, scraping out the existing sealing compound from the edges, bottom and sides of the joints, grinding or cutting the inner sides of the joints by diamond cutter to have perfect plane sealant free surface without breaking the edges, removing dust by blower / compresses air and removing rubbish material outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Making good the existing damaged edges(at joints) cracks,etc on either side of joints in cement concrete floor by cutting around to true vertical surfaces by using diamond cutter etc. and removing the debries and other foreign materials outside MOD land including necessary prepration of surfaces by cleaning the sides and bottom surfaces using compressed air and applying resin formulation in two stages as given below to make the existing joint to 10mm wide complete all as specified and as directed. (a)First stage consisting of application of primer coat of two component Epoxy primer. (b)Second stage consisting of application of three component pre batched ready to use epoxy mortar in the grooves and the same to be finished on the top so as to get smooth regular finish.The mortar shall be filled on the both the adjacent side of the 10nn groove to ensure that the subsequent sealant that is to be filled get regular true surface on the both side complete all as specified and as directed.

Chipping pot holes and cleaning surfaces with compressed air or other approved means to remove dust/loose particles etc and applying three component epoxy screed made using admixtered with quartz sand in the ratio 1:7 by weight to have a trowelable consistency to be laid over surface primed using a brush with on an average thickness of 5mm all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for aluminium two track slidindg window with frame of section No 20829 & 20830, window shutters shall be of section No 20736 & 20738 including supply and fixing 5 mm thick tinted glass, glazing clips, rubber beading alongwith roller, locking arrangement etc as required complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing for Aluminium powder coated Grill DECO grill DG 103 of 7.5 mm thick fixed with suitable 'F' Section (No 8584) 15.30 X23.40X 1.40 mm (minimum), fabricated adn riveted to aluminium window / ventilators complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair for wind driven turbo ventilators of 600 mm size. The top portion of cevilator shold be made of aluminium with power coating, the shaft and varipitch are made out of stainless steel and aluminium respectively alongwith heavy quality ball bearing system with FRP base compitable with existing roof sheet complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of debris or dumped building material from techj area to out of MoD land upto a total distance of 5km (minimum) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glass and metal joint silicone waterproof sealent of premium quality to be applied with pressure gun of including racking out and cleaning of old glass and metal joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Sheet glass 4.8 mm thick, selected quality and glazing with rubber gasket beads exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Chromium plated soap dish with screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for APP based polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/sqm and 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm laid over and including applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm by torch application including cleaning & preparation of new surface of APP membrane and applying two coats of aluminium paint at surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as per approved manufacturer's instructions all as specified and directed. Note:-The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by manufacturer or their auth applicators as per manufactures instruction andcomplete all as specified and as directed.

(B) (INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY)

Supply and fixing for angle valve of cast coper alloy chorium plated fancy type screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends iron pipe or for unions and fixed 15mm bore,chromium plated with long shank and cup(concealed) complete all as specified and as directed.

(C) (SEWAGE DISPOSAL)

Supply and fixing for LLDPE HGP hybrid septic tank for 10 Users, ISI marked, capacity 500-1000 ltr, storage capacity 2000 ltr with all necessary fittings like vent pipe, Tee, Bend, MTA, FTA, inlet and outlet pipes etc as per manufacturers insturction all as specified and directed including excavation, PCC bed, moorum filling, PCC top and RCC cover etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Soakage wells for 10 users of dia 1.20m and depth 3.00m as per Drg No : CE AF (NGP)/2004/TD/43 dt 09/01/04 all as specified and directed

(D) (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION)

Material and Labour for flame proof point wiring on wall and surface wiring on ceiling/roof/trusses with necessary fixing arrangements for one light point controlled by one single pole one way switch using 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed fire retardant low smoke and halogen(FR-LSH) copper conductor single core multi stranded copper cable confirming to IS:694(2010) using approved colour code for phase and neutral as per IS code drawn through ERW metallic rigid steel stove enamelled black conduit ISI Marked ,corrosion resisitant, heavy protection grade in accordance with IS:9537 (Part 2) having wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm thick and minimum 20 mm external dia but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SSR Part I ( ISI marked) including steel conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes duly tested and approved by CMRI Dhanbad etc providing sunk cast pressed steel terminal boxes off size made out of 1.5mm thick MS sheet duly painted with black bitumen paint over a coat of red oxide primer and providing 3 mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet(HYLUM BRAND) top cover including including PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH 1.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor cable (green color) as continous earth lead wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per ser item No 10.025 but for 05 amp socket outlets point controlled by one switch on Independent board complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for replacement Ceiling rose, surface bakelite 65 x 50 mm, 3 terminals fixed on PVC Round Block, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for energy efficient LED integrated batten type luminaires suitable for wall or ceiling mounting with built in LED Chip & integral LED driver 20 watt,Aluminium channel housing & Polycarbonate diffuser of length 1200 mm (approx.),Color temperature 6500 K or as directed,efficacy not less than 100 lumen/watt or total lumen output not less than 2000 lumen per 20 watt, estimated life span of 50,000 hrs with all accessories, complete with fixing arrangement, fitting shall be internally prewired and conforming to LM 79 & LM 80 standard, making all connection using 1.5 sqmm copper conductor multistarnd PVC insulated 3 core flexible cable from ceiling rose to fitting drawn through PVC flexible conduit complete fixed in position & connecting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement distribution board (DB), double door type, as per IEC 61439-3 made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof MCB DB, TPN 4 way with 250 Amps rated copper busbar, 415 Volts suitable for TPN MCB/ 4 pole Isolator, 2 neutral bar and 2 earth bar IP 54 protection,cable ties for cable management(Fully insulated busbar and shrouded neutral bars),reversible door for IP 43 & IP 54 ,flush mounted to wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rates are inclusive for flush (Concealed ) mounting of DB TPN

Supply and fixing in replacement distribution board (DB), double door type, as per IEC 61439-3 made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof MCB DB, TPN 8 way with 250 Amps rated copper busbar, 415 Volts suitable for housing of MCCB as main incoming, 2 neutral bar and 2 earth bar IP 54 protection,cable ties for cable management(Fully insulated busbar and shrouded neutral bars),reversible door for IP 43 & IP 54 ,flush mounted to wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rates are inclusive for flush (Concealed ) mounting of DB TPN

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board single pole & neutral 240 volts 8 way with IP-43 IK-09 protection double door complete with appropriate size bus bar and neutral link, fixed flush in wall including chases cutting in wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete all as specified and directed. Note - MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing for replacement sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board single pole & neutral 240 volts 4 way with IP-43 IK-09 protection double door complete with appropriate size bus bar and neutral link, fixed flush in wall including chases cutting in wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete all as specified and as directed. Note - MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.
