Supply & laying old size, common burnt clay, sub class 'B' bricks, designation 75, laid flat & dry for protection of electric cable in trenches, adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of electric cable complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete(PCC) 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in coping to pole/stay/panel etc. including necessary formwork to exposed surface finished even & smooth complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60 BDV to comply IS-335 of 1993 in company sealed barrels complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Empty container shall be returned to contractor after use of oil.

Dehydration/centrifuging transformer oil by means Ultra High Vaccum double stage machine to remove impurities from oil such as moisture, dirt, air and other gases at site of installation in running condition of transformer including testing the oil before and after centrifuging from top and bottom of transformer to achieve the BDV value more than 40KV(rms) at 2.5mm air gap complete all as specified & directed.. Note:- (i) Oil Test value record register shall be prepared in presence of Engineer-in-charge/JE and handed over the register to sub division on completion of work. (ii) The contractor is required to submit the di-electric report after dehydration and filtration of each transformer before claiming payment.

M&L in replacement, under ground LT electric cable, 1100 volt grade, heavy duty, XLPE insulated, armoued electric power cable with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 6 Sqmm, 2 core conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) 1988 laid as in trenches / pipes / ducts or fixed along poles / walls etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Description all as per BOQ item No. 12.00 here-in-above but cross sectional area 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core.

M&L in replacement HT XLPE cable (heavy duty), 11000 volts (earthed), cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, insulated, screened, sound compacted aluminium conductor, screening with extruded semi conducting layers, insulation screening with copper tape covers laid up with PVC (ST-2), extruded inner sheathed GI strip armoured PVC (ST-2) out sheathed, ISI marked with IS-7098 Part II with amendment upto date, laid as in trenches / pipes / ducts or fixed along poles / walls etc. complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers etc. if any shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing of relay panel meter suitable for 11 KV RMU (ABB make) as existing at site including taking down old/unserviceable relay from existing RMU panel complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair breather assembly with 500 grams silica gel for outdoor type transformers of any capacity upto 315 KVA complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in repair oil temperature gauge /thermometer suitable for outdoor transformers of any make, model, location etc. with shape and size as existing at site complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT cables & Earthing connections of burnt / defective transformer of capacity 315/250KVA , 11KV/433 volts, 3 phase, from pole/plinth mounted, taking down from site of installation carefuly with the help of cranes and transporting the same to workshop for repair, opening, draining out transformer oil, dismantling complete & taking out core assembly & removing burntout windings, cleaning /washing of tank removing the dirt sludge and sticky materials from all parts of the transformer including core tank and cooling tubes, removal of damaged parts, dehydrating the core assembly, re-assembling after replacement of damaged parts of the transformer after repairs, making connections and filling dehydradated/fresh transformer oil and testing for all type of tests(routine test & full load test) including transportation back & reinstallation/connection of transformer at site complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately. Taking down/out of old spare parts are included in quoted rates if specifically not otherwise specified. (ii) All parts/components replaced shall be identical to those specified by original manufacturer. (iii) Winding(if any), new transformer oil & dehydration of old transformer oil shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L defect rectificatoin of HT/LT cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, cable route tracer, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc including and additional excavation in soft/loose soil required for exposing the cable fault, removal of deteriorated potion of cable, treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cable of any size & rating complete all as specified & directed. Note: The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within 24 hours of instruction from Engineer-in-Charge. S&F of cable joints shall be measured & paid seperately.

M&L finding/detection of additional fault in HT/LT cables as described in BOQ item No. 29.00 here-in-above complete all as specified & directed.

Notes: (a) Servicing shall be as specified in Particular specifications. (b) Minor spares required for repair and control wiring wherever required shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (d) The servicing team of VCB shall be the Orginal Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) or his authorised representative. Panel shall comprising of the following switchgear & accessories:- (a) Incoming : (i) ACB 4 Pole, 415 volt with Thermal Magnetic Release (Manual Drawout type) of capacity 630 Amps - 01 No. (b) Outgoing : (i) MCCB 250 Amps 4 Pole 25 KA - 02 Nos. M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm, 6mm thick thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI earth lead wire 4mm dia upto 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly & GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore 1.5 mtr long for watering including GI pipe light grade 15mm bore upto 7.5 mtr long for protection of earth lead, wire mesh, funnel, lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation & earthwork in soft/losse soil and refilling, pit chamber shall be of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates and pit cover slab 40mm thick Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/sqm including necessary form work all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part-I, including testing on completion at site including dismantling of old existing earthing complete all as specified & directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm, 6mm thick thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI earth lead strip 32mm x 6mm upto 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly & GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore 1.5 mtr long for watering including GI pipe medium grade 40mm bore upto 7.5 mtr long for protection of earth lead, wire mesh, funnel, lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation & earthwork in soft/losse soil and refilling, pit chamber shall be of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates and pit cover slab 40mm thick Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/sqm including necessary form work work all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, including testing on completion at site including dismantling of old existing earthing complete all as specified & directed. Notes for BOQ item No. 59.00 & 60.00:- (i) On testing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be re-generated at No extra cost, till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (iii) The chamber shall be constructed atleast 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode.

S&F in repair GI strip of size 25mm x 4mm for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed wall with saddles and fixing screws etc. or laid underground as in grid connection of earthing complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Two lengths of strips shall be jointed together by overlapping not less than 100mm both ends through welding/brazing.

M&L in replacement UL tested/ CPRI tested maintenance free , low carbon copper coated earth rod of 3.00 mtr electrode having diameter of 17.2mm with copper coating thickness of 250 micron tested as per IEC 62561-2 in tripod including errecting and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed.
