M&L for LED driver for street Light 80 to 120 W as per sample or directed for LED street light of any make i.e : CG / Havells/ Philips/ Wipro/ Bajaj

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, foundation filling of poles or stays and for rerouting of cables.

All as per item No-5 but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete ( 1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for oundation filling of poles as mass concrete.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete ( 1:3:6) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation filling of stays.

M&L for drilling manually in soft / loose soil under road / hard standing / culvert / nala of suitable bore for cable protection pipe upto 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Depth of bore shall not be more than 1 Mtr from original ground level.

Taking out carefully unserviceable LT UG cable up to 240 Sqmm from trenches and relaying same after repairs in same or other indicated location and testing on completion complete all as directed.( Note: Earth work, sand, bricks will be measured and paid separately)

Disconnecting electrically and taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables any type of size 6 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm all as spfd and directed.

Supply and laying to wall or poles or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty XLPE cable with PVC insulated aluminium multistranded conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or strip and overall PVC sheathed 10 sq. mm nominal cross section 2 core in service connections all as required and directed. Make of cable : Gloster/Havells/ Grandlay. (Note : Incl making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

All as per srl item No 16 but cable of size 16 Sqmm 2 core.

Disconnecting electrically and taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables any type of size 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm core all as spfd and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing to wall/pole or passing through pipe PVC insulated heavy duty XLPE electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core.Make of cable ICL/ICC/Gloster/Havells/ Paragon/ Grandlay/Kalinga. (Note : Incl making good all distributed wall surfaces/ flooring/tilling to match with existing specification)

All as per srl item No-19 but cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 core.

All as per srl item No-19 but cable of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core.

S&F in replacement of cable jointing kit for 1100 volt grade cable for straight through termination heat shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories with full sleeves and thimbles suitable for XLPE/PVC armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 10 to 16 Sqmm 3.5/4 core. Make : Denson/ M seal/ 3 M.

All as per item No 23 above but for 25 to 50 Sqmm size.

S&F in replacement of service wire 6 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular.

All as per item No-26 but of size 10 Sqmm.

Material and labour for GI tubing light grade 50mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole cut to piece complete all as specified and as directed.(Including clamps for fixing pipe, nuts, bolts washers shall be measured separately )

Supply & fix in replacement cable PVC insulated flexible aluminium conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm twin core cut to pieces all as required for connection with proper thimbles, drawn in existing GI/PVC conduit pipe fixed on wal/pole, on steel pole and bracket from junction box to street light all as directed.(Rates of 20 mm PVC condiut pipe and AL/MS wire to fasten the Conduit pipe with poles are included) Make of Cable : Havells/L&T/Grandlay/Paragon.

S & F in replacement of street light bracket made out of GI tubing, light grade, 25/32/40mm bore, 1000mm long, bent to shape at 120 degree, fixed on pole by providing two sets of MS clamp made up of flat iron 40 x 6mm including bolts, nuts and washer of suitable size including painting the bracket & clamp with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out old steel tubular pole any size/ length and making good all disturbed surface to match with existing specifications all as directed.

Supply, erecting and installation of steel tubular, swaged, pole of overall length 9 meter having maximum tensile strength 42 Kgf/mm2 of type 410 SP-31 conforming to IS-2713-1980, made out of 50 mm dia MS pipe 1.5 mtr long to be jointed on top of LT pole incl fabrication work for fixing street light. A through hole of 14 mm dia shall be provided at height of 2.5 mtr from base plate for inserting 2 core cable from junction box to top of the pole and top portion shall be fabricated for fixing street light fittings including earth work complete with cast iron base plate, having suitable dia of hole through the pole with nuts & bolts for earthing arrangement, bottom portion of tubular steel pole having 165.10 mm outer dia in 5 meter length, 4.5 mm wall thickness, middle portion having 139.70 mm outer dia in 2 metre length 4.5 mm wall thickness and top portion having 114.30 mm outer dia in 2 meter length, 3.65 mm wall thickness of pole wall, respectively, bottom MS square plate duly painted with two coat of black bituminous paint throughout, internally and externally up to planting depth and painting remaining portion of pole with two coats of aluminium paint to the entire exposed surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer making / pasting three nos circular strips each of 100 mm wide with one yellow and 02 Nos black colour strip synthetic enamel paint and marking / stencil writing of pole numbers with black paint complete all as specified & directed. S&F in repair weatherproof junction box of size minimum 200x160x98 mm outdoor type made out of thermo polycarbonat to accmmodated 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 25x6 mm rating 200 Amps and MCB SP 6 Amps IP-65 with hinged door and triangular locks water proof, shocked proof, rust proof, corrosion free, acid resistance/fire retardent and self extinguishing UV resistance complete fixed on pole with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc., including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer on iron/steel parts complete incl taking down old one all as specified and as directed. Disconnecting electrically, dismantling and taking out existing street light junction box any size/type from PCC/steel pole and refixing on same pole with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc after repair including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer on iron/steel parts and making electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of steel pole (swan neck type or straight type) up to 11 mtr height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line / for street light with two coat of aluminium paint after scraching out old paint, cleaning and existing surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 20 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint & painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black syenthatic paint & two strips of yellow fluorescent paint (up to 1.5 mtr height) through out the circumference of pole (width of each strip shall be of 30 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition & dismantling of cement concrete in ground floors and paving for making trench for laying XLPE cable etc including removing the debris from the site.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm grade stone aggregate for filling the pavings / trenches / foot path etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of solar panel 100 Wp on steel pole of height not more than 8 mtr for solar street light 24 W of make Havells.

S & F in replacement of solar charge controller on steel pole of height not more than 8 mtr for solar street light 24 W of make Havells.

S & F in replacement of GEL battery 60 Ah on steel pole of height not more than 8 mtr for solar street light 24 W of make Havells.

M & L for providing earthing with GI earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc.of copper / brass connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate NO 3 of SSR1996 part 1 ,including necessary excavation and earth work in any strata of soil,GI water pipe with 20mm dia.funnel &wire mesh PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity.
