Supply and fixing for 20 mm bore galvanised iron tube, medium grade, ISI marked with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces of medium grade, connectors, black nuts, caps, plugs and unions etc.) laid in trenches/ floor/ ducts including cutting pipes, screwing and for making forged ends on piping as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for 20 mm dia gate or globe valve conforming to IS : 9338 complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing for bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1050 mm X 1050 mm X 1050 mm (outer dimensions) with excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, brick work of fly ash old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in foundation concrete, bed/floors, coping and 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on internal and exposed external surfaces, external plaster shall be upto 15 cm below GL and mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement with and including 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm mild steel angle iron frame, 3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet cover with appropriate size lifting handles and locking arrangement and 01 No 50 mm size 4 levers lock with keys in duplicate including painting steel and iron surfaces with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Supply and Install Booster pump up to 30 meter head discharge 450 LPM complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for cables, pipe, RCC poles/stays and struts etc and forming bottom surfaces to reqd slop/gradient complete all specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus materials (solls) to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for making stand post made of 20 mm GI pipe meduim grade of height 0.60 mtr including 15 mm dia bib tap cast copper alloy as in garden complete all as specified.

S&F for monoblock pump set suitable for 415 volt, 3 phase system having capacity 25 HP complete all as specified.

M&L for cleaning of existing under ground GI pipe line with suitable pressure complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for star delta starter fully automatic suitable for 415 AC for 25 HP monoblock pump complete all as specified. Make: L&T/ Havells/ Legrand

S&F for brass garden faucet bib tap forged with 15 mm bore slim hose nozzle durable and easy to use complete all as specified.

S&F for XLPE LT cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade, ISI marked insulated served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and over all PVC sheathed with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core including commissioning and testing in trenches/ducts/passing through pipe / fixing on poles including taking out existing cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Necessary test results like continuity test, megger tests shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge before the cable is laid. (ii) Excavation & earth work will be measured and paid separately).

M&L in replacement of LT cable straight through jointing kit heat shrinkable type suitable for XLPE/ PVC insulated cable of size 3.5/4 Core 10 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm complete including testing the cable joint for healthiness, cutting & removing unserviceable joint, preparation of both ends of cable to be joined with necessary stretching, aligning, making joint complete all as specified and directed

S&F for 50 mm bore galvanised iron tubing, light grade with all fittings and laid in trenches or inserting in horizontal boring including dismantling of existing pipe complete all as specified.

Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of LT busbar panel, outdoor type, overall size not less than 1800 mm x 1200 mm height (with canopy and base channel) x 450 mm depth, MS channel base frame mounted (to be mounted on 3 side cover brick pedesatal of height 300mm above ground level) conforming to IS/IEC-61439-1 & 2 with rated fault 50 kA / 1 sec with internal wiring with internal arc containment, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system 50 Hz AC supply and having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of rating 315 amps. Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning in replacement of outdoor type LT Panel of overall size not less than 1800 mm (W) X1200 mm (Ht) (Without Canopy & Base channel) x 450 mm Depth, M.S. Channel Base Frame mounted (to be mounted on the 3 side covered brick. pedestal of height 450 mm above ground level) , suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 600 amps insulated , Provision of Spreader link to both incoming and outgoing side of MCCBs for termination of cables the LT panel shall be duly fabricated in a approved fabrication house who posseses type test certificate from CPRI for similar type of LT panel and having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes atleast seven (07) tanks pre-treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032 (SIEMENS GRAY). The LT panel shall be duly fabricated in a approved / certified factory / fabrication house who possesses type test certificate from CPRI for similar type of LT panel and having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes at least seven (07) tanks pre-treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL-7032 (SIEMENS GRAY). The LT Panel shall be provided with suitable rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection shall not be less than IP-54 and general construction conforming to IS-13947. The LT Panel shall be made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.15 mm thick gland plate and having compartmentalized construction for individual switchgears and Bus Bars and having front opening facility (with double layer shutter) and rear opening facility with double layer shutter with locking facility and 2 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (MC-75) base frame at bottom, suitable for mounting on the brick pedestal through grouting bolt. The panel board shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The LT Panel shall be comprising of the following: - PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry / exit shall be provided from the bottom for both incoming and outgoing cables through and including cable gland ade of Brass. CONTROL WIRING :- All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated (Gray Colour) multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50 Sq mm and shall be properly bunched,tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size & type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type flexible pipes near the door hinges INCOMING :- MCCB, 4 Pole (with panel mounted rotary handle) having breaking capacity of 36 KA, fixed magnetic and fixed thermal setting (100% - 80%) of rating 320 Ampere- 01 No. OUTGOING :- (i) MCCB, 4 pole, 200 Amps having breaking capacity 25 KA, fixed magnetic and fixed thermal setting (100% - 80%) 50 Hz - 01 No. . (ii) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps having breaking capacity 25 KA, fixed magnetic and fixed thermal setting (100% - 80%) 50 Hz - 03 Nos. M&L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 32 mm X 6 mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and connected from earth plate electrode to main switch board/ earthing test point including watering arrangement with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 chamber, MS funnel, wire gauge, 50 mm thick precast RCC cover in type B-1 including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr, charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No.03 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified and testing on completion all as specified.
