S&F 15mm dia brass chromium plated Wall mixer (Non Telephonic Type) with L bend 3-in-1 for mixing hot & cold water, screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 6mm thick glass corner shelf, fancy type with railing and fitting complete, size 25 cm x 25 cm of best quality (as per approved sample approved) complete all as specified & directed

S&F brass chromium plated towel rack, 60 cm long between flanges and 25 cm in width with 04 Nos. hooks complete all as specified & directed.

S&F TV antenna outlets socket with transparent shutter alongwith flush metal box complete all as specified & directed. Make: Anchor Roma catpart No. 14606 or equivalent in Legrand / Havells

S&F LED bulb, B-22 type Lamp 08-12 watt complete all as specified & directed.

Design, manufacture, supply & Installation of LT Panel in correct aligned position, making proper connections, testing & commissioning, suitable for 415 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz power distribution system. The panel shall be indoor IP-42 rating, free standing, floor/wall mounting, sheet metal clad, cubicle, dust and vermin proof type compartmentalized design fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet 2 mm thick complete with aluminium bus bars of 200 Amps separate earth bus bar to provided throughout the length of the panel. The incoming and outgoing feeders shall be accommodated in a modular arrangement and shall be interlocked to avoid paralleling adequate size cable alley, interior painting, earthing numbering, danger plate etc. as required complete all as specified & directed. Incoming : (a) MCCB 4 pole, 100 Amps with thermomagnetic O/C & SC release 16 KA - 01 Each. (b) RYB phase indication lamps(Set of three) - 01 Set. (c) Multi functional meters - 01 Each. (d) Aluminium bus bar 160 Amp, 4 strip with heat shrinkable sleeve and colour coded.

BOQ Item 2.06 continued...../- Outgoing : (a) MCB DP, 10-32 Amp ‘C’ series - 09 Nos. (b) MCB SP, 10 Amp, 10 KA ‘C’ series - 02 Nos. Notes for BOQ item No. 2.06 & 2.07: (i) There should be a space to accomodate 08 Energy meters inculding connections alongwith lugs / thimbles all as required at site. (ii) Layout diagram of LT panel shall be submitted by contractor to GE for approval before placing order to manufacturer and panel shall be brought at site as per approved drawing.

M&L construction of brick masonary valve pit, internal size 60 cm x 60 cm, 75 cm deep (depth to be reckoned from top of the PCC in foundation to the top of MS cover), 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 as in foundation & 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 as in coping with & including necessary form work, brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using old size sub class burnt clay bricks, 15mm thick internal plaster in cement mortar 1:4 even & smooth, Pit cover shall be of MS sheet 3.0 mm thick with complete locking & hinging arrangement and painting with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown on drawing & directed. Notes:- (i) The Excavation & eathwork shall be in any type of soil. The removal of surplus soil shall be to a distance not exceeding 50mtr. (ii) The valve pit shall be constructed as per drg No CE AF/STD-28/94 dated 01-Feb-1994, Sheet No 1/2 & 2/2. The drawings may be referred from office of GE. (iii) Cost shall be inclusive of all items of work required for the execution (as shown on drawing) and entire completion of this item and noting extra shall be paid seprately in any other item(s).

S&F reduced GI Tee 100 x 100 x 50mm ISI marked including necessary threading complete all as specified & directed.

S&F security light fitting bracket made of GI Pipe, light grade, 32mm bore, bend to shape, of length 1.0 mtr long including flat iron clamp made of FI 25x5mm , nuts, bolts, washers etc duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including one coat of red oride primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L shifting of 9 mtr long tubular pole including demolition of PCC alongwith security lights and cable as required at site including excavation, PCC and copping work complete all as specified & directed.
