Dismantling existing worn-out 33 KV out door type gang operated air break switch triple pole & Disconnecting from existing system and Supply and installation and testing 33 KV outdoor type ,gang operated Air-break switch triple pole mechanically operated ,mounted on insulator Rotating type Horizental mounting with operating mechanism worked from ground level with 25 mm GI pipe (Med. grade) operating rod of suitable length with an ON-OFF position capacity 400 amps 9 insulator connected and out going with Steel nut bolts and washers all as specified and directed at site Make- PACTIL, Jaipuria brothers, National etc)

Supply & fixing in replacement of worn out IDMP relay by Three Phase Over Current + Earth Fault Digital Protective Relay with high set, CT operated of rating 5.0 Amp, auxilary voltage -110 VAC, out put contacts-02 NO + 02 NC, selectable Fielf type, fixed in 33/11 KV HT panel including cutting slot in existing MS sheet of HT panel, if required and making internal control circuit service connection with FR PVC insulated copper wire of size not less than 2.5 sqmm including calibration, performance testing with necessary adjustment of over current /earth fault/earth leakage by artificial high current/capacitive synthetic current injection test on primary/secondary side as per IS-14658 : 1999 or IS 13516 : 1993 to check the CT ratio and polarity and to ensure physical healthiness with visual check for healthy tripping of over current and earth fault by adjustment of tripping time, flag setting, ratio setting, instantaneous time setting, delay time etc as per installed capacity of transformer with considering of percentage impendance of transformers for successful operation at the time of fault occurence complete with providing standby electric supply for testing complete all as specified and directed. Model No MC 61A, Cat Part NO MC61AAXX001 of Make -L&T or its equivalent model in Secure/Siemens/Areva/Kaycee/HPL as approved by GE (I).

Routine and periodical cleaning around the area of out door swith yard of 33 KV Tech area, Chanmari and 11 KV sub stn RB, DRLM, T&GS, Nano & Polymer bldg, P29 transformer etc by cutting and removal/uprouting of unwanted grass/bushes, small trees including surface dressing and leveling by surface excavation wherever required complete in all respect or as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre width and getting out including forming bottom surface & sides to required slope/size as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning filling in, and including spreading and leveling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover HV class type -II with size 450 x 180 x40 mm, all as specified and directed

S&L bricks burnt for protection of cable Sub class 'B' bricks laid dry flat across the cable with length of whole brick complete.

Disconnecting electrically and taking out old unserviceable LT/HT UG cables any type and any size all as spfd and directed.

Taking out carefully unserviceable LT/HT UG cable of up to 300 Sqmm from trenches and relaying same after repairs in same or other indicated location and testing complete all as directed. ( Note: Earth work, sand, bricks will be measured and paid separately)

XLPE Insulated , Screened PVC bedded ,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable(heavy duty) with aluminum conductor 11000 volt(E) grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part I ) of 1988 laid in trenches/Duct on pole witth FI CLAMP, Nut bolt ,Aluninum Lugs -as required and directed at site Note- Joints will be measured and paid seprately. Make: Havells/Finolex/Polycab

Providing the cable fault locating Machine with necessary T&P at site for locating exact pin point of fault along with the length of armourd 33/11 KV XLPE insulated HT cable complete all as required and directed at site

S&Fin replacement of unserviceabile porceline vitreous bushing of required size / shape (suitable for exisiting transformer ) for spindle of transformer of any capacity 63 KVA to 750 KVA 11KV outdoor/indoor type siutable for HT side all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of unserviceable brass spindle duly threded at the end complete with nut bolts and washer suitable for HT side of transformer out door/ indoor type all as specified and directed at site for the following capacity suitable for existing transformer of required size/ shape for spindle of transformer of any capacity up to 400KVA 11000 volts grade indoor type suitble for HT side all as specified and directed.

All as above item No-46 but suitable for LT side of transformer of 400 KVA to 750 KVA capacity.

Supply, fixing & connecting in replacement of worn out batteries by valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) maintenance free rechargeable battery of 2 Volt, 100AH, conforming to IS 15549/2005 and IEC 60896 - 21 & 22 for tripping system to HT breaker during fault occurence at 33/11 KV Sub station complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat aluminium painting and synthetic enamel painting of all MS channels, PT's, CT's, and other steel structures etc as per colour code of area not exceeding to 150 Sqm after proper preparation of old surface of 33 KV out door switch yard tech area and take over point chanmari complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 2mm dia galvanised iron.

S&F in replacement cable rout indicator with MS plate not less that 3.15 mm thick embosed of HT electric line adequate size with welded with 0.50 mtr long MS flat with PCC 1:3:6 (30cm x 30cm x 30 cm) including excavation 30cm x 30cm x 30 cm ,returning, filling and removing of soil including letter wrining for cable size location feeding with stancile as directed at site complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PG clamps for jumper connections aluminium die cast with two GI nut and bolts suitable for ACSR conductor upto panther on 33 KV HT OH lines.
