M&L for brick masonary valve pit of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 90 cm (internal dimension of chamber ) depth of chamber to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top the MS cover as 90 cm and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with fixing arrangement , hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc.50 mtr, 150 mm thick PCC (1 :4:8) type 0-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, brick work in cement motor (1 :4), 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1 :4 internally and externally flush pointed in same mortar as the work proceeds, 40 mm thick PCC (1 :2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in in coping, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 230V, AC operated wireless water level indicator cum Alarm Unit with 7 segment LED display (56mm height) to indicate water level of signal two tanks in percentage with 1% resolution. It will also indicate flow status, Motorized valve status and audio/visual alarm for full/low/overflow conditions, full, low and overflow limits for each tank is configurable independently. It will have modbus output for MBS system/ GSM Gateway/other devices. It has buttons for acknowledgement of alarms and to change the settings of alarm limits. There is 1 potential free relay of 230V, 10Amp for external alarm/buzzers with of ultra-low power inbuilt battery operated water level data transmitter (IP-68) with capacitive type water level sensors to measure water level with 1% resolution and flow status and transmit the data wirelessly to controller cum receiver unit.
