M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick in riser to step etc, skirting, dado, pillar laid over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.inc Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of new steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying a coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets & ridge in roof coverings and Material and Labour for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets fixed in roofs, walls etc with Fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Asbestos cement serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle or tee sections, circular tubes fixed independently as in post, pillars stanchions etc (FE-290 Gde E165) complete including cutting grinding welding etc as required including Dismantling of Wrought Iron complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work as in gusset plate for framed truss, rafters, rails braces etc complete, drilling for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook and hinges or steel hanging door fitting etc with welded, riveted or bolted of Fe-410 Gde 250A, including Dismantling of Wrought iron complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Taking down plaster and clean the floor surface 7 wall for treatment by removing dust, dirt and loose particle over the surface etc by mechanical means. (b) Providing 7 applying the water based silicon water replient and injection system confirm IS 2645-2003 with solid content 35% and lilica content 18 %. It shall be mixed with water as per surface like concrete surface 1:10 and brick / brick work. 1:10 as per manufacturer's specification. (c) Providing & Applying one coat of modified cementitious bonding agent / waterproofng coating treatment over the treated area of water repellent mixed with 1 Part cement and 1 part Latex SBR / Bond SBR. (d) providing with an laying waterproof plaster of average 15-20mm thick to the walls mixed cement mortar (1:4) admixed with an integral waterproofing compund confirm to IS2645 @ 200 mll 50 Kg cement as per manufasturer's specifications.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3 ) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement including Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plastering , any description from brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for for preparation of new plastered ceiling surface and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course,padding of any thickness etc,Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 60 mm thick rubber moulded Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Non skid ceramic coloured floor tiles shade as approved and size 300 x 300mm x 7mm thick set on 15mm thick in screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in neat cement slurry including jointing with white or colour cement to match, including Dismantling of floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic colour tiles of size 300 x450mm x 7mm thick on walls etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colours cement to match the colour of tiles as in skirting/dados over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 , including Dismantling of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade of size 600x600x8-10mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the suraface over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 , including Dismantling of floor tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I.flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to entre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12 mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre,including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately),including Dismantling of old ceiling boards complete all as specified abd directed.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete including Dismantling boarding, any description all as specified and directed. PVC fillets & PVC strips shall be measured separately.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade ( Company depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note- Primer and emmulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means)
