Supply, installation, commissioning and testing LT panel board, conforming to CPRI Specifications, 415V, 50 Hz, AC supply , three phase and neutral, outdoor (Kiosk) type with apron, of suitable size, factory made, fabricated with 3.15mm thick mild steel sheet (Outer Body), ISMC-75 base channels, duly powder caoted internally and externally painted with seven tank process with approved shade, rubber gasketted, hinged fornt and back openable doors with proper locking arragnement for dust and vermin proof, internal wiring with suitable size of PVC FRLS copper conductor cable complete including suitable size lugs, glands etc. incl one no. brass pad lock, 50mm size, 4 levers and making connections, incl earth work and PCC foundation complete comprising of the followings and specified: - (i) Aluminium bus bar 200 Amps current rating capacity comprising of 4 Aluminium strips of appropriate size provided with heat shrinkable sleeve not less than one mm thick and epoxy insulators 1100 volts rating 8 nos. M&L for RCC Septic tank 10 Users designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

M&L for soakge wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, brick walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intecepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM, RC cover slb in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC compete filled with brick bats of 1.8 M dia X 3 M effective depth completee all as specified and shown on drawings.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing With Pneumatic tools by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix weather proof thermo plastic cable junction box, having IP 55 protection and overall size 155mmx210mmx92mm (Approx) having metric knockouts on the wall, duly fixed with the pole with aluminium strip (25x3 mm) clamp, GI bolts, nuts, washers and 2 Nos polymide weather proof cable glands of cable sealing range 10mm to 17 mm ( complete with check nuts and including 1 Nos 30 Amp 4 way cable connector and 1 Nos 6 Amp SP MCB. Note :- During connecting the incoming and out going cables, the continuty of armour to be maintained by shooting them inside the box and earth continuty to be looped for LED fitting for grounding purpose.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n.exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n.exc. 1.5 m high from base by the soil obtained from the outside MOD land by rough excavation n.exc. 1.50 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil and removing material exc. 1.50 km but n.exc. 5.00 km complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The royalty has of soil brought from outside MOD land shall be paid by the contractor and the same is included in the reate quoted for this item.

M&L for cutting of existing 100 mm dia pipe GI in position for insertion of new tees, tail pieces, flanged etc including necessary jointing material for flanged fitting or lead joint cpmplete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonary valve chamber of size 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm (internal dimension), with 150 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation), brick work using old size brick of sub class B bricks in cement mortar 1:6, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping on top of brick wall, 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation, earth work in any type of soil, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick fixed with angle iron frame of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm with locking arrangement embeded in PCC and painting of MS sheet cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc and all disturbed surfaces making good to match surrounding complete all as specified and directed.
