M&L (in repair) cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable including necessary excavation and retuening filling work complete all as specified & directed of following size :-

Size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm.

Size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm.

Supply & laying (in replacement) in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles Cross linked polyethylene insulated (XLPE) armoured cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core with aluminum conductor, 11 KV `E’ complete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying (in replacement) in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles Cross linked polyethylene insulated (XLPE) armoured cable of size 120 sqmm 3 core with aluminum conductor, 11 KV `E’ complete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying (in replacement) in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles Cross linked polyethylene insulated (XLPE) armoured cable of size 185 sqmm 3 core with aluminum conductor, 11 KV `E’ complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr deep and getting out and laying HT UG Cable complete all as specified and directed .

Returning filling in with the soil obtained from item above here-in-before includiing spreading , leveling and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm to cover/laid over the cable in cross direction to give mechanical protection to under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of under ground cable provided in layers of sand as 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring under road for laying U/G cable for size 80/100 mm bore of GI pipe complete all as specified and directed

M&L (in replacement) for 80 mm bore GI tubing light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches/under road crossing/fixed on pole/wall/under floor including suitable mild steel FI clamps of required size complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/pruning of tree branches along/around HT/LT over head line at places within a radius of 2 mtr from fasted conductor and removing from site complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of old damaged foundation of transformer, LT panel and M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and platform of transformer, finished surface even and smooth using extra cement including necessary form work and shifting and reshifting of transformer complete all as specified & directed

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning vertical/horizontal type (in replacement) of Gang operated air break switch with drop out fuse unit complete with 12 Nos insulator , HT 11 KV triple pole, 200 amps capacity current rating complete with drop out fibre glass tube fuse, mechanically operated mechanism from ground level consisting of operating rod of 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length with locking arrengment, flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm including MS channel of suitable size and length for fixing GOD including bolts, nuts and washers incl jumper connection with copper flexible designed jumper complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing ( in replacement ), connecting to electrical system & testing of CPRI Approved ) LT Panel, cubical types, for out door use, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet factory made, totally supported with 4 Nos MS Angle legs , duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint over one coat of red oxide primer effectively PVC gasket & sealed and mounted on PCC blocks double door type with locking arragnedment with handle at front and openable at front & back both side with required hinges heavy duty, compartemtalised suitably including provision for tapping incoming & outgoing electric connections with suitable size of aluminium lugs glands and comprising of the following accessories :- Note :-Cost of PCC foundation and 1:2:4 type B-1 earth work are deemed to be included in quoted rate.. (a) High conductivity aluminium busbar (Set of 4 strips), 4 Nos TPN of 300 amps rating (RYB) for phase and 1 No for neutral mounted on DMC support with heat shrink sleeve-1 Set. (b) Phase indication lamp, LED type(set of 3) (c) MCCB 4 Pole 250 Amp 415 volt ,36 KA breaking capacity as incomer :- 01 No (d) MCCB 4 pole 160Amp 25 KA breaking capacity as outgoing cotrol device : 04Nos. (e) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amp 25 KA breaking capacity as outgoing cotrol device : 01 No.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below GL with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level) connected to galavanised earth lead strip 32mm x6 mm (7.5m) as means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer besides brazing at all joints as shown on drawings and including excavation, earth work, GI pipe (ISI mark) light grade 40mm bore for protection of GI strip from earth electrode to and including the earth test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) chamber and mild steel angle iron frame 40x 40 x 3 mm and 40 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade (ISI marked) for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earth test point including testing & taking down of old/ ineffective earthing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- The rates quoted shall also deemed to include the cost of Earth test point and earth wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode)

S&F steel tubular electric pole swaged type 410-SP-55 (11 metre long) complete with CI base plate, pole cap, screws, bolts, nuts including the following :- (a) Excavation in post hole not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide & 2 Mtr deep for pole foundation & getting out in soft loose soil, returning, filling in the excavated soil after fixing the pole in foundation, ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metres. (b) M&L for Providing PCC 1:4:8, type D2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation 600mm x 600mm x 1500 mm (planting depth) for concrete encasing the pole upto GL all as specified and directed. (c) M&L for Providing PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth block /Collar above GL, 300 mm high and 450 mm dia (d) M&L for Painting of pole externally with one coats of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block/ concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces including painting of 30 cm wide black bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layers upto the height of 1.5 Mtr above plinth block. (e) M&L for writing letter or figures (Block, roman, itallic or indian) with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved shade exc. 5cm height in numbering of poles all as directed by EIC.

Supply & fixing connecting to electrical system and testing of LT panel board ,cubical type for out door use, CPRI approved made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet factory made, totally enclosed of suitable size and supported with 4 Nos MS Angle legs ,and connecting with terminal blocks of appropriate rating terminated by cable lugs, thimbles etc, earthing terminals, affixing danger notice plate etc duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint over one coat of red oxide primer effectively PVC gaket and sealed mounted on duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation, double door type with locking arragnedment with handle at front and openable at front &back bothe side with required hinges heavy duty, compartemtalised suitably including provision for tapping incoming & outgoing electric connections with suitable size of aluminium lugs glands and comprising of the following accessories :- Note :-Cost of PCC foundation and earth work are deemed to be included in quoted rate.
