Returning, filling, including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm apart complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushoning with a layer of sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable to trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub class `B` bricks for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth lead GI Strip of 25 x 4.0 mm dia at two points by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthling test point drawn through GI pipe for protection of earth lead wire and arrangement of watering pipe incl PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing and dismantling ,taking down old unser earthing complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair of Earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or fixed on wall with porcelain insulator or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4 mm GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation , commissioning and testing of LT Panel Board outdoor type factory made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick dust & vermin proof , front and rear opening shutters having locking arrangement totally enclosed weather proof, antirusted powder coated including aluminium Bus Bar of 250 Amps rating of suitable length, 440 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire 50 Hz mounted on suitable type of insulators. complete with bottom removable gland plates, as required, all internal connection wiring by min. 2.5 Sqmm. copper wires, Panel shall be comprising of seperate chambers / modules / compartment to accomodate incomer MCCB, outgoing MCCB and instrument chamber comprise of digital Ammeter & voltmeter flush mounted, selector switches, RYB indicator ,CT's, etc complete mounted on suitable size of MS angle frame stand of minimum 450 cm height from ground l;evel incl PCC and earh work required to fix the stand , The panel board shall be comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for fabrication of moveable trolley made out of mild steel for mounting of 160 KVA DG Set, AMF Panel along with HT/LT cable complete with 'I' - Hooks for hanging cables and moving arrangements so as to move the trolley both ways at 180 degree complete to move from one place to another and comprising of following components as appended below:-(a) Fabrication of chassis of moveable trolley made out of 6mm thick MS base plate of size 3.66 RM x 1.83 RM wide welded on (ISMC) heavy duty channels of size 200mm x 150mm of length 3.66 RM (02 Nos along with 4 Nos outer cover with inner cover incl rubber flap of size 7.5, 16 ply with steel rim of load capacity 1250 type wheels and steel rim with bearing and heavy duty axel of size 100mm x100mm of length 1.83 meter long - (02 Nos)(b) Moveable trolley enclosure made out of MS sheet of size 5mm thick welded all around the base platform of trolley of height 0.50 meter with back open-able shutter duly hinged (heavy duty ) and locking arrangements complete.(c) Suspension system of trolley made out of loaded leaf springs (step made patterns) - (04 Nos) made out of E-N 180 steel flat of size 100mm x100mm thick with varying length starts from 1.06 RM (Total flats 06 Nos/Per sheel) including cutting, welding grinding at the time of fabrication of jobs complete.(c) Suspension system of trolley made out of loaded leaf springs (step made patterns) - (04 Nos) made out of E-N 180 steel flat of size 100mm x100mm thick with varying length starts from 1.06 RM (Total flats 06 Nos/Per sheel) including cutting, welding grinding at the time of fabrication of jobs complete.(d) Complete trolley made out of MS sheet/channels/base plate/tyre rims shall be painted with 02 coats of syenthetic enamel paints (olive green) shade over a coat of red oxide primer with spray gun including preparation of steel sufraces complete all as specified ad directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Eco friendly (CPCB-IV+) not less than 160 KVA Diesel Engine driven generating set with acoustic enclosure made out of CRCA Sheet powder coated, specially designed lifting arrangement/hooks, meet the latest CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 mtr distance and as per the testing guide line of CPCB, DG Set shall be conforming to BS:5514 and alternator as per IS: 13364/IS:4722, water cooled type, self-starting system with 12 volt DC Supply, 3 phase 4 wire AC 415 volt + 5% at 1500 RPM, 50 Hz, 0.8 PF self-excited, self-regulated, Automatic voltage regulation, class 'H' insulation type alternator, With AMF (Automatic mains failure) panel for automatic starting at mains failure installed with the following accessories complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Rugged in construction maintenance free and modular designs which facilitate easy at site. (iii) 16 SWG (1.6 mm) thick CRCA sheets to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathering action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used for maximum sound absorption. iv) Sheet metal components of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. (v) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder / epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (vi) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber efficiently. (vii) For effective acoustic / weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to used. (viii) Working space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance / repairs. (ix) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement. (x) A see-through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to provide for monitoring the operation. (xi) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinges fasteners etc to be provided. (xii) Deliverables. 75 dBA @ 1mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. The temp inside the enclosure will be within 7 Degree above ambient temp. (xiii) The enclosure should be provided with bulk head light fitting for inside illumination (xiv) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated plat form. (xvi) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of 80 microns powder coated after 11 tank pre-treatment process. The powder coating shade should be as per OEM standard.

Supply & fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air colled indoor type &designed for input variation between 170 volts to 250 volts with output voltage stabilized at 230 with accuracy of +-2.5% and capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
