Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to IP 67) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.4 V / 0.3 watt one Ni-mh or NI-cd rechargeable battery (1.2 V / 1600 MA) consisting of 06 Nos super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make DA-110 (Dhruv) of dark eye or equivalent.

M&L for providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strip/line (retro- reflective ) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material with glass beads by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispeser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface incl cost of materials, labour T&P , cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc complete as per direction of Engr-In-Charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for bedding of kerb stone etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L hard core of broken stone or boulder having gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thk, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing finishing surface even and rough using broomfinish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath,parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand,compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of PCC Kerb stone any size and shape any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified & directed.

Refixing of old kerb stone of any thickness in any depth , jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves etc complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass B bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in eight, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, kerbs, chajjas , water troughs, bed blocks and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, fixing of chain link fencing etcall as directed incl necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over weather proof 2 mm thick putty on new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair with stainless steel frame of 50 mm dia and 1.8 mm thickness of Stainless steel pipe for framing of Sign board including cutting,welding and framing of stainless steel structure including necessary clamps etc Retro-reflective,double sided,road name,Sign boards comprising of 4 mm thick aluminium Composite panel,(ACP) mill finished or PDVF coated or as specified as base board,micro prismatic retro reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film.the ACP shall have thickness of 4 mm with 0.5mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides.the ACP shall be routed,folded and fixed on the stainless steel frame with VHB tape,24 mm wide and 2.3 mm thick provided through out the length and breath of the frame including riveting at the right angle more than 300 mm center to center ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame.on the front and backface of the ACP,Microprismatic retroreflective sheet Conforming to type XI of IRC:67:2012 shall be presurre fixed as background sheet which will be over laid with electro cut transparent film of approved make and colour to create a desired road name information message in cluding grouting in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) of size 0.3x0.3x0.45 m below ground level Complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate shall be deemed to be included all materials, labour, Equipments, fabrication, cutting and welding and any other specific type of work is required for preparation of sign board.

S&F LED kerb stone as per following specification : dimensions with vertical mounting legs with 10 mm horizontal square shape mild steel reinforcement. Illuminated kerb stone having visible dimensions : 500mm x 150 mm x 150mm (as per IRC-86-1983) 80 mm legs having ms reinforcement shall be embedded in bt/concrete road surface,the kerb stone should have kerb angle of 45 degree with rubber plugs at both ends of kerb stone having load carrying capacity - vertical : 1465 kg, horizontal 2349 kg and having thermal stability -40 to +120 degree celcius.Illuminated kerb stones including : ingrace protection and connector rating ip67, electrical wire as per IS 694), LED strip ( as per 1m:80) standard including for electrical fixing -FRP junction box consisting of 10 Amp switch module power supply having input voltage 230 V, output voltage 36 V dc, 2 pole mcb and cable connecting to the electricity source,illuminated kerb stone having warranty for 3 years and kerb stone shall to be fixed cast in situ cement concrete of M 20 grade at base, back filling etc complete all as specified & directed. Note: Rate shall be deemed to be included all materials, labour, Equipments, fabrication, transportation and any other specific type of work is required for fixing of LED Kerb Stone.

Dismantling of interlocking tiles of any size/thickness in floor/pavings in any depth etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25 mm thick sand cushion layer for laying of interlocking tiles /pavers complete all as specified and directed

Refixing of old interlocking tiles 60/80 mm thick in floors/pavings etc complete all as specified & directed.
