Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 1 with peak size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm in trenches for protection to under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cutting /boring in any type of soil by conventional method under road 1.0 Mtr below the top surface of road complete for passing through 100mm dia GI pipe and filling earth after laying of pipe including disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Pipe will be measured and paid for separatily. Quoted rate shall be inclusive of the cost of required material for repairing to disturbed surface and for any damage to existing cables of any type complete all as per existing site and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement to GI tubing light grade 100 mm dia of bore with all fitting laid in trenches across the road or fixed with pole/ surface of wall etc as site with required fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of cable duct cover for passing of HT cable and refixing cable duct cover in same position after passing of HT cable complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of entire indoor sub station buildings (15 nos in a month) inside wall, cleaning floor and out side wall, plinth protection with suitable brush/broom/wiper removing wild vegetation around sub station building complete all as specified and directed. Note :- If cleaning not carried out as per the given time double penalty of the quoted rate shall be recovered from the contractor.

Labour for detecting location of fault by using vehicle mounting fault locator machine to move along route layout of XLPE insulated HT 11/33 KV under ground cable at various location at AOR by gradually step by step testing of tracing the correct fault location incl making all testing after re-laying of repaired cable as per existing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted unit rate shall be deemed to include cost of payment of fees for providing fault locator machine from State Govt Electricity authority and its transportation including diesel & driver charges complete. Govt receipt for payment made for state Govt Electricity authority be produced to Engineer-in-charge at every time before making payment to contractor.

M&L for general servicing, repair and maintenance of HT Panel board / RMU/VCB by taking shut down, removing of carbon particles, rubbing of heated portion of bus bar, removing moisture (if any) and cleaning complete by means of CRC-226 / Petrol tightening of all joints in bus bar, checking of earth, replacement of unserviceable nuts, bolts, washers etc including replacement of corroded glands, lugs/ thimbles and tightening them properly including control wiring for metering and relay complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting, jointing, thembling to end of cable and commissioning and testing in replacement of heat shrinkable cable jointing kit suitable for 33 KV grade (earthed) cable for outdoor type end termination complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE insulated armored aluminium conductor cable of size 185 to 300 Sqmm 3 core including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation & earthwork work shall be measured and paid against respective items)

Material & labour for cutting/cleaning of wild vegetation etc in and around outdoor electric installations including disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 500 Mtr out side the installation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead using GI earth strip in size 32 x6 mm means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 40 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade with funnel including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete including taking out old unsv earthing all as directed by Engineer in Charge. (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I . (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.50m GI pipe and protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be paid separately under respective items hereinafter. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate. Note: Quoted rate shall be paid after getting resistance value satisfactorily (below 2.00 Ohm) and record will be submitted by the contractor.

Dismantling, taking out all earth connection of strip from any type panel board/transformer to earth test point any size and replace the worn out earth strip proper clamp, saddle,nut/bolts and washers connect all joint with new nuts/bolts and washers to in original position all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth Copper/Gi strip shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Supply only copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & Fix in replacement led & tin alloy fuse wire suitable for HT supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of EPR high voltage insulation, cable splicing HT tape size 10M length, 38mm width and operating temperature 130deg complete all as specified and directed.

Attending breakdown attributable to cable faults, flashover in HT panel / VCB or any of the connected transmission line system & rectifying it in 33 KV / 11KV cable / transmission line network upto end connections with panels / transformers or any of electrical item connected therein at Air Force station, Chakeri Technical & Domestic area during any hours of a day during the currency of contract by engaging sufficient manpower after receiving communication through Complaint Section / Concerned JE / Engr-in-charge either through teleponic call, text message, email or through messanger 24x7 hrs complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The occurance of fault if any, will be communicated to the contractor and the contractor shall rectify the same within 12 hrs of reporting, failing to which a recovery @ Rs 500/- per complaint per day and maximum of Rs 10,000/- shall be recovered from contractor's payment. Contractor shall be bound to arrange his resources accordingly and the quoted rates shall be deemed to include the same. Further, all necessary equipment like HT megger, hand gloves, line testers, earth rod etc shall be readily available with the contractor's manpower under his own arrangement. Delay on account of non availability of such items shall not be considered for relaxation..
