Cutting holes in brick walls in mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 orcement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick factory made Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides including teakwood lipping 6mm thick fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick Second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., with, edges of framing with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers for securing glass etc. sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S&F steel windows with pressed steel frame of size 95mmx 45mm(using 1.25 mm thick PBI sheet) side hung shutter including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay with glazed openable shutter with glazing bar ( open out side ) and wire gauged openable shutter without glazing bar ( open inside ) dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and all as per DRG No TD/088 dt 07 Jan 2002 (Note :- (i) Two shutters ie wire guaged and glazed shall be fixed in one composite frame and both shutter shall be measured as one unit (II) rate for filling PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in frame deemed to be included in quoted rates (iii) MS grill,glass and wire mesh shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item of schedule)

S & F Steel ventilator with top hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded as per TD complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in holdfast, coping and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash bricks(old size) conforming to IS 12894 -2002 specification straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in built in CM (1:6) including demolition of old brick work complete all specified and directed

M&L for rendering 12 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down old plaster from wall including raking out joints, hacking for keys and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid coloured ceramic tiles7 to 8 mm thick including borders tiles (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm laid on floor surface jointed and pointed with coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 cement and dismantling of floor tile including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non- skid ceremic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick including borders tiles (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling of floor tiling over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7/450x350x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick CM 1:4 and dismantling of tile including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for welding in repair n. exc. 2.5cm in length, thickness of mild steel members to be welded not exc 6mm thick complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs factory made PVC cupboards frame of the size 75 mm x 40 mm with a wall thicknesss of 5 mm made out of extruded 5mm thick plain/prelam PVC sheet of density 600kg/cbm, having bottom width of 50mm and thickness of 10 mm. All four frame lengths reinforced with 19 mm x 19mm M.S.square tubes of 19 quage thickness throughout the frame and mitre cut at two corners adjointed with 2 nos of 15mm long brackets of 15 mm x 15 mm M.S. square tubes. the door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8/100 long MS screw through the frame by using PVC fastners. A minimum of 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical members and minimum of 2 nos of screw to be provided horizontal members etc. complete all as directed, manufacturer's specification and drawing.

S&F in repair factory made PVC cupboards flush type shutter of 30 mm thick consisting of frame made out M S tubes of 19 guage thickness and size 19mm x 19 mm for stiles and rails. The inside panels shall consist of 20 mm thick multichamber hollow PVC section of 1mm wall thickness, bonded using solvent cement / cynoacrylate adhesive with 5mm thick plain/prelam PVC sheet, on both sides of inside panels including necessary item to fix the shutters to frame such as 100 mm stainless steel hinges (06 Nos Each Shutter), 100 mm long handles(02Nos Each Shutter)150mm long barrel tower (02Nos Each Shutter), made of anodised aluminium and magnetic ball catch(01 Nos Each Shutter), for each pair of shutters. all four edges of the panels to be sealed with lipping of 10 mm thick and 20 mm wide PVC sheet baton( made by sticking 2nos PVC foam sheet of 5mm thickness using PVC solvent cement adhesive) complete as as specified and directed.

S&F factory made PVC shelf/partition of required size consisting of panel of Min 20 mm thick WPC Plain/Color and for supporting the hold of shelf/Partition and shall provided 3 gdges in size 18 mmx18 mm as per required lenght. The front side of the edge visible in the front of the shelf/partition to be edge lipped by 18 mmwidthx1 mm thick PVC sheet using solvent cement etc reqired length. complete all as specified and directed

S&F aluminium anodised 125 mm Hasp and staple, safety type,brass with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed in repair with screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 25 mm dia SS fancy type droppery rod with decorative design matching brackets as approved and knobs (lattu) or end bracket as required incl fitting with 80 mm long SS screw with 75 mm long wooden gitty of appropriate size in each end & intermediate support complete all as specified and directed.
