Supply, installation, Testing and comissioning of Electric Hot water generator vertical type of capacity 80 KW ( 20KW X 01 No= 20 KW X 4 steps = 80 KW) with 100 liter water holding capacity having four step heating confirming to ASME boiler and pressure code complete with heater banks ( tube of heater - seamless copper pipe) having inlet and outlet temp 45 and 50 degree respectively to meet design parameters at site having panel material of CRC sheet of thickness 1.6mm and mild steel body of vessel 10mm shell 12mm dish head top openable with thick MS flat and sufficient Nos of nut bolts flange etc complete with fiber glass 50mm thick insulation covered with alumnium foil size 26 gauge all around with electrical control panels wiring and control and safety ie- step controller /temperature controller for Auto step operation, Master thermostat for high temp cut off, level switch for low water level indication, phase visual indication, fault visual & audio indication, contactor & mcb for heater protection, main incomer with switch fuse disconnector with alongwith door mounted handle and temp and pressure gauges thermo couple complete all as specified and directed. Supply, Fabrication, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of M S pipes - C Class confirming to IS: 1239/3589 heavy duty of size 40mm including all fittings like couplings, bends, elbows, tees etc. and supporting frame structure/ necessary hardwares as required at site with and including Insulation of NB- 50mm with two half round sections of PUF (Polyurethane) confirming to IS : 12436 bonded to the surface of pipe with adhesive AC duct lag coating on insulated surface uniformily and wrap the glass cloth tighty with overlaping so that no gaps are left and no air pockets are formed, immediately apply additional coating as a final layer on the wrap cloth with necessary hardware fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make- Jindal/ Tata steel/RINL/SAIL as approved by the Garrison Engineer.

Supply and fixing of Butterfly valves of size 40mm as per API 609, BS 5155 wafer type for mounting between specified flanges and shall be rated for 1034 kPa shutoff and nonshock working pressure with body of cast ferrous metal conforming to ASTM A126 CL B / IS 210 Gr FG 200 for body wall thickness and disc shall be of S.G. iron, with replaceable EPDM seats and seals shall be of the of the S.G. iron with elastomeric type designed for field removal and replacement having accessories matching flanges, gasket, hardware etc complete all as speciifed and directed. Make- Audco/Honeywell/ Intervalve
