M&L Detecting of fault of LT UG cable (any place any length any type /size) with help of vehicle mounted cable fault locator including detecting exact location of cable fault and remove of cable for rectification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing in repairs and commissioning of LT Cubicle panel of suitable size, outdoor type, platform mounted, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, openable from both front and rear side, made out of2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet complete including inner chambers/partitions to mount the following electrical accessories and built upon 50x50x6mm angle iron frame work, having front and rear hinged doors, lifting lugs (2 Nos), provision for earth strip connection, bottom detachable gland plates, connecting using suitable size of zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts , springs and washers. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with anti-corrosive chemicals and apply spray paint with two coats of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The panel should be suitable for 415 volts, 50Hz , 3 phase 4 wire system 1100 volts grade, coloured heat shrinkable sleaving, internal connection should be provided with aluminium strip of suitable size and necessary grouting/ foundation all as required at site and comprising following:-:- ( a) Ammeter, digital including selector switch (b) CT of required capacity -03 No. (c) Voltmeter Digital type including selector switch. (d) Phase indicating lamps -03 Nos. ( e) Control wiring. (f) Copper conductor wiring .(g) BusBar strip made out of aluminium of 400 amps capacity mounted on insulators. (h) MCCB 4 Pole 415 Volt 250 Amps Capacity, 36 KA - 01 Nos ( for incoming ).

M&L in repairs for providing cable path indicators made out of cast iron plate of minimum 100 mm dia & 4 mtn thick indicators LT cable and voltage written on it and fixed on Inild steel angle iron with minimum two numbers of nuts and bolts or rivets; nuts shall be tack welded with bolts after full tightening and angle iron shall be 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm thick and length should be 900 mm above adequate to be ensure minimum planting depth of 600 mm below ground and 300 mm above ground level, bottom end of angle iron should be anchor type to provide better grip and should be embedded-in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block of size 200x200x300 mm angle iron shall be painted with a coat of red oxide primer through out length and there after be painted with two coats of blue colour enamel paint above ground and bituminous paint in the portion below ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heat shrinkable out door end terminal joints suitable for 1.1 KV, PVC/ XLPE insulated, 3.5 core LT cable including joint kit for making joints suitable for cable of cross sectional area 25 - 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 59 here in before but for cable of cross sectional area 70 - 150 Sqmm.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4 8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs sign board for HT/ LT sub Station , frame work made out of angle iron 50x50x5mm of dimension 0.60Mx3M and over all covered with 3mm thick aluminum sheet fastened with counter sunk nut and bolts and vertical support with 100 mm MC channel ( 02 No of length 2.50m each) embedded with PCC block ( 1:3:6) type C-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate, white colour stencil letter made of highly fluorescent adhesive sheet (best quality) pasted over a blue colour highly fluorescent adhesive sheet ( best quality) All MS work should be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer before assembling the frame. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of broken hinges with new MS hinges of length 4” screwed / welded with door and made the door operation condition of LT panel/feeder pillar box any size all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
