Schedule 'A' -Section-I (Sewage Treatment Plant) Lump sum price worked out by the Contractor for "COMPLETION OF INCOMPLETE WORK FOR PROVN OF SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT ” (TO BE QUOTED BY THE CONTRACTOR BASED ON LEFT OVER ITEMS/WORKS TO BE EXECUTED FOR COMPLETION AND OPERATIONAL OF STP AS PER CA PROVISIONS). Completion of incomplete sewage treatment plant (STP) work for Planning, Designing, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of package type Sewage Treatement Plant based of (MBBR/FMR) Technology of toal capacity of 300 Cum (two units of 150 Cum each) for treating the effluent excluding RCC equalization tank which is already existing. The treated water shall meet the norms of UPPCB for discharge in drain/water body for 75% of treated water. The balance 25% (75 Cum) water is required to be further treated to make it fit for use for arboriculture as per the laid down norms of UPPCB. The scope includes the complete civil work, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and all other related works associated with the STP. As per design, sketches and list of drawings forming part of the contract. Detailed Scope (a) Scope of STP is from last manhole of sewar line to STP including sludge drying bed and treated water tank, Recriculation of percolated effluent from SDB to receiving tank also forms part of the STP. (b) Receiving tank is already existing, contractor has to provide Bar screen chamber and oil and grease removal tank/trap by making suitable addition/alteration. Existing receiving tank shall be suitably modified by providing aeration system and other arrangements etc to achieve the desired aeration. Rate of item is deemed to include for the above provisioning. (c) Inlet sewerage characteristics are attached. However, these characteristics are for guideline only. Before going for actual design of plant, contractor is required to ascertain the different parameters of inlet sewage. (d) All permissions required from UPPCB and any other Govt. agencies will be responsibility of the contractor. (e) Contractor is to supply BOQ of various items and equipments to be provided alongwith the proposal. (f) Soil test report for construction of STP lines and construction of STP & building is attached with tender documents as appendix 'F' & 'G'. This is for guideline only. (g) Type of pipe line shall be shown in site plan.

Notes for Item No 1.00 :- (a) The subject tender is meant for completion of incomplete work for Provn of Sewage Treatment Plant. (b) The scope of the balance work as assessed by the Department is attached as Appendix 'H' for guidance only. Bidders are advised to visit the site of STP and inspect the incomplete sewage treatment plant(s) and building(s) to ascertain the balance work, serviceability or otherwise of the equipments of STP, any part(s) became defective/unserviceable, installed by the previous contractor having before quoting the rates. Rates quoted by the bidders shall be deemed to be inclusive of replacement of unserviceable parts/equipments, supply & fixing of new parts/equipments and making good defective parts for making the complete plant operational as per CA provisions. It shall be the contractor's responsibility to complete the STP and make it a functional STP as per CA provisions to the entire satisfaction of the GE. Irrespective of whether a bidder has actually visited the site of the work or not, it shall be presumed that the bidder has visited and inspected the site of the work and made his own assessment regarding the scope of the work in changing the serviceability or otherwise of the buildings/plants/equipments available at site. No claim on this account shall be entertained at a later stage and no extra shall be paid to the contractor. Bidders are requested to keep this aspect in view while quoting their rates to avoid any contractual issue at a later stage. (c) After completion of the STP, testing of the plant shall be carried out as per CA provisions. Maintenance & operation for 11 (Eleven) months from the next date following the certified date of completion as per Annexure-I to this item as listed on Serial Page No. 50 of tender shall be carried out and quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of maintenance & operation of the plant for 11 (Eleven) months.

Schedule 'A' -Section-II (Building Work) Lump sum price worked out by the Contractor for "COMPLETION OF INCOMPLETE BUILDING WORK” for Building for panel board office & laboratory (Single Storey) in framed construction complete all as specified and shown in drawings as listed at Srl Page No. 217 of tender. (RATES TO BE QUOTED BY THE BIDDERS BASED ON LEFT OVER ITEMS/WORKS TO BE EXECUTED FOR ENTIRE COMPLETION OF BUILDINGS IN ALL RESPECTS AS PER CA PROVISIONS). Notes for Item No 2.00 :- (a) The scope of the balance work as assessed by the Department is attached as Appendix 'J' for guidance only. Bidders are advised to visit the site and inspect the incomplete building work to ascertain the balance work. Rates quoted by the bidders shall be deemed to be inclusive of completion of the building and making good defective parts of building and to be completed in all respects as per CA provisions. Irrespective of whether a bidder has actually visited the site of the work or not, it shall be presumed that the bidder has visited and inspected the site of the work and made his own assessment regarding the scope of the work in changing the serviceability or otherwise of the buildings/plants/equipments available at site. No claim on this account shall be entertained at a later stage and no extra shall be paid to the contractor.
