Note : (i) The defect liability period will be 2 years from the date of completion. (ii) Any variaiton in quantity of Smart Prepaid Meter (AMI) will be paid/ deducted as per pro- rate basis of serial item No-02 (iii) The rent and water supply bills and any other charges or levy will be included in software's as decided by GE. Note: Supplementary rate for single and three phase smart meter beyond the quantity mentioned here-in-before are as under:- (a) single phase meter installed as per above mentioned in intem No 02 - Rs 8000/- per meter (b) three phase meter installed as per above mentioned item No 02 - Rs 9000/- per meter

Supply, installation three broadband connections for Bareilly , Hempur and Shajahanpur station with high speed internet connection for two years complete all as directed.(One connection in the name of Garrison Engineer (West) Bareilly and another Two coneection in the name of Garrison Engineer (East) Bareilly)

M&L for integration of additional single/ three phase smart electric meters (as per IS- 16444) in the AMI being provided in this conrtract complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Provision of wireless Report Printer with 12 pages per minute capacity, 600 x 600 dpi with HP, REt, 1200 dpi effective output quality (600 x 600 x 2 dpi with REt, with duty cycle 3,000 single-sided pages per month for report printing complete as required,

Provision of computer PC desktop with processor i-7- 12700 , 9 Generation, 8-GB RAM, hard disk 1TB, 4-USB Port including 18.5" monitor of same make, keyboard, mouse, with licensed Operating system (Windows 10), along with 1KVA capacity online UPS all as specified.

Supply and install hi wall five star rated split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built Heating and Cooling arrangement and Digital Inverter twin rotary of capacity 2 TR complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA

Supply and fix LT Meter box wall mounted made out of CRCA sheet of 2 mm thick indoor type totally enclosed weather ,dust and vermin proof with front opening hinged door and locking arrangement mounted on MS flat iron with clamp welded to suitable size of angle iron frame around panel body duly grouted on wall, 415 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 Wire AC 50 Hz hving 3 phase with neutral aluminium Bas Bar suitable for connection of 12/14 meter, insulated with PVC sleeves, space for fixing three/ single phase smart prepaid meter of suitable capacity 12/14 Nose meter with transparent toughen Glass not less than 4 mm thick for each meter, copper lugs, spacers, Mouting Channel, rubber gasket, locking knobs. Hylam sheets pieces, PVC shrinkable connections, sutiable compartment for each prepaid meter and epoxy powder spray pained with one coat primer complete including taking down old type meter box:- (i) Incoing MCCB 100 Amps 16 KA, 415 V, 4 pole-01 No. (ii) R-Y-B phase LED indicating lamp-03 Nos. (iii) 200 Amps TPN main aluminium bus bar. (vi) Space for mounting three/ single phase smart prepaid meter-12 Nos. (v) All connection with wiring with 10/6 sqmm PVC insulated single core multistranded copper conductor drawing copper thimbles. Sub main wire will be paid separately.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosure DB's 415 Volts, IP-42, vertical suitable for mounting MCCB's, TPN, 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs MCCB TPN 63 Amps, 415V, 16kA ,Thermal Magnetic Release.

Material & labour for sub main wiring with 1100 volt grade two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor (FRLS) of following sizes drawn into and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia with all accessories fixed concealed including chase cutting in brick/ stone masonry for fixing conduit and making good the disturb surfaces of wall as per existing including multi - stranded copper conductor as earth wire in green colour complete all as specified and directed. (a) 2 run of 2.5 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 2.5 sqmm cable connected to common earth dolly Note: Two run of 2.5 sqmm copper cable and one run of 2.5 sqmm copper earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic condure shall be measured as one unit length.

(b) 2 run of 4.0 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 4.0 sqmm cable connected to common earth dolly Note: Two run of 4.0 sqmm copper cable and one run of 4.0 sqmm copper earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic condure shall be measured as one unit length.

(c) 2 run of 6.0 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 6.0 sqmm cable connected to common earth dolly Note: Two run of 6.0 sqmm copper cable and one run of 6.0 sqmm copper earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic condure shall be measured as one unit length.

(d) 4 run of 6.0 Sqmm cable and 2 run of 6.0 sqmm cable connected to common earth dolly Note: Four run of 6.0 sqmm copper cable and Two run of 6.0 sqmm copper earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic condure shall be measured as one unit length.

(e) 2 run of 10.0 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 10.0 sqmm cable connected to common earth dolly Note: Two run of 10.00 sqmm copper cable and one run of 10.00 sqmm copper earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic condure shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fix flush sheet metal enclosure SPN DB 8 way with double door IP-42 protection detachable gland plates, flush mounting for MCB fitted with bus bar , earth bar and neutral links all as specified and directed including taking out existing DB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and neutral current carrying capacity 40 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning including taking out existing MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning including Taking out existing MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install polycarbonate meter box as per IS:14772 with IP-55 ,weather proof and temper proof fire returdant suitable for three phase/ single phase smart prepaid meter , including suitable capacity of MCB TPN(for three phase)/SPN (for single phase) for protection of smart prepaid meters with cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables and locking arrangement for top cover of the box complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Provision for comprehensive operation including periodic charges of telecom operator, smart meter billing from completion of work till the completion of defect liability period of 2 years complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive operation and maintenance of system including Project implementation & management, all expenditure including periodic charges of telecom operator, smart meter billing and maintenance, after completion of defect liability period till completion for 08 years extendable to further 2 years after manual agreement complete all as specified and directed."

Note for Sl No. 26 & 27:- Penalty Clause:- (a) Any defect/ malfunctioning in meter will have to be resolved within 24 hours failing which payment for that particular meter for concerned month shall not be made to the contractor. (b) In case issue is not resolved for 48 hours, penal recovery double rate quoted shall be made from contractor's due.
