Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory built double skinned, sandwiched with 25mm fiber glass/thermo coal/puff insulation, section type horizontal AHU's with six row, deep coil suitable for 50/52 TR. AHU is to be fabricated out of powder galvanised steel sheet 24 gauge casing inner and outer with Penta Post type construction. The AHU's shall have high velocity pre-filters prior to cooling coil, spray type humudifier with suitable type pump motor, drift eliminator, capacity not less than 20000 CFM, complete with micron filters, PVC square type with humidification tank, humidity state digital thermostat, liqiud line filters, expansion valves (02 Nos for each coil), pilot solenoid valve, brass somatic valve, fire damper with fuible link, air damper manually operated, canvas connection MS/copper pipe and fitting as required, plenum chamber including inspection window and sitable size control cable for blower motor / heater/ humidity pump with suitable size of cable tray, foundation work, anti vibration pad, MS angle supports and other connected work, safety devices/controls as required at site and connect with suction / discharge pipe line including cutting welding work and required civil work, including air mixing chamber if required at site complete and all electrical equipment to be connected with earthing incl supply and laying of suitable size electric XLPE cable work from AHU to control panel complete all as specified and directed.
