Material and labour for providing sand cushioning with dry fine sand including filling, spreading, levelling in layers in cable trench with approved quality of sand for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying burnt clay bricks, sub class 'B', designation 75, old size laid in trenches over cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only serviceable bricks obtained from the items specified here-in-before (i.e during taking out of under ground cable),laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed

Labour and required T&P for boring of holes horizontally under road/pavement/hard standing/ footpath/blast wall without damaging the surface of road (minimum 1.0 meter below the road surface) with the help of GI tubing not exc.100mm bore for passing of U/G cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note: GI pipe laid will be measured and paid separately under the respective items of BOQ.

M&L for 40mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fittings laid across road or across PCC drains, along electric pole or floor/wall for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm bore GI tubing light grade with all fittings laid across road or across PCC drains, along electric pole or floor/wall for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old U/S LT UG cable of size between 10-16 Sqmm 2 core all as specified and directed.

Taking up old U/S LT UG cable of size between 25-35 Sqmm 4/3.5 core all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of LT cable 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated underground electric cable PVC bedded and sheathed steel wire/strip armoured aluminum stranded conductor of size 120 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of LT cable 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated underground electric cable PVC bedded and sheathed steel wire/strip armoured aluminum stranded conductor of size 70 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of LT cable 1100 volt grade XLPE insulated underground electric cable PVC bedded and sheathed steel wire/strip armoured aluminum stranded conductor of size 10 Sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type cubical Feeder Pillar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz and type tested at CPRI, factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coated paint of approved shade and provided with suitable gasket to make it dust /vermin proof including PCC foundation as per manufacturer instruction comprising of the following :- OUTER SHELL : The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6mm frame, factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system locable / openable by keys from both side having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a ditachable plate having provn for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimension of the shell should be adequate to accomodate inner shell described below including provision of earthing bar & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely . The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-43.

INNER SHELL : Inner shell shall be made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gears, front & back openable single door system by keys. It shall be able to accomodate incomer / outgoing MCCBs and TPN copper busbar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. The TPN busbar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators. The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42 & carry the following items :- (a) Incoming : MCCB 125 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 25 KA thermally adjustable between 80-100% - 01 No. (b) Outgoing : (i) MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 16 KA - 04 Nos. (c) Instrumentation : The inner cubical shall carry the following : (i) Digital panel multifunction meter to measure current, voltage, frequency & power factor having programmable CT ratio (CT ration should be equal to the rated current carrying capacity of incommer MCCB) & built in selector switch of size 96 mm x 96 mm accuracy class 1.0 suitable to work on auxiliary power supply of 240 volts AC with backup protection by 2 Amp MCB. (ii) Indication lamp type, 240 Volts AC at the incommer of the unit to show 3 phase availability at the outgoing of incommer with back up protection by 2 Amp MCB.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of outdoor type cubical bus bar chamber suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz and, 415 Volt, having 160A MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 35 KA and 4 aluminium bus bar of suitable size and of capacity 250amp factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coated in approved shade provided with suitable gasket to make it dust /vermin proof. The outer shell shall be made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA Sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6mm frame, factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system locable / openable by keys from both side, fancy lock , louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a ditachable plate having provn for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. The dimension of the shell should be adequate to accomodate inner shell described below giving minimum 75 mm space all round. Provision o threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-43 including PCC foundation as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.00 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal GL and connected to earth plate . Earth plate surrounded by 15 cm thick packed layers of charcoal/coke and common salt upto 0.90 meter depth all around the earth plate and connected to earth lead of GI strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to LT Panel/Bus Bar Chamber and protected by galvanized iron or steel pipe light grade 40 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule Pt I of 2009 complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-I , 50mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 KG/sqmm in lieu of CI cover. 2. Charcoal/coke and common salt upto 0.90 meter depth shall be filled in layers of 15 centimeters all around the earth plate. 3. On testing after completion of earthing if desired earth resistance is not achieved , the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to obtain the desired earth values.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, with microprocessor release and sheet metal enclosure Adjustable type, 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA to be fixed on existing LT Panel complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable LT panel any size & description all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
