M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), using granite, trap or basalt stone aggregate, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller (except material) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat wtih paving bituminous VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm for laying bituminous macadam over the WBM complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per Ten Sqm on black top road surface and applying 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% paving bitumen binder content VG-30 Grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE. (ii) The binder content specified is minimum. Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to Government. (iii) Premixing shall be done by using Hot Mix plant and laying shall be done by using mechanical paver. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid (except aggregate matrial), rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using binder (paving bitumen VG 30 grade) with 4% by weight of total mix all as specified (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) all as specified in particular specifications. NOTE:- (i) The quoted rate shall be worked out on the basis of binder contents (bitumen VG-30 grade) of 4% by weight of total mix. (ii) Work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE and less bitumen shall be deducted from the quoted rate.

M&L for cleaning dirt, oil/ grease spots and foreign materials etc, from road surface and applying 2.5mm thick thermo plastic (retro reflective) road marking paint for marking white traffic lines, straight or curved, having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces by using thermo plastic paint applicator machine and necessary T&P, including cleaning of roads surfaces, heating the paints within temperature limits specified by the manufacturer, making proper arragement for traffic during operation etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make: Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger Paints. NOTE: Thermo plastic paint material shall consist homogeneously composed of pigment, resins and glass reflecto rizing beads in required proportion as per MORTH specification and conforming to relavent IS.

S&F in repair cat eyes ABS body with scratch and abrassion resistant, micro prismatic, polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lenses, temperature resistance body of size 90x110x17mm fixed on road with bituminous adhesive as per manufactures instruction having resistant creamer coating and reflective surface complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repair solar stud alumininum alloy powered with high efficiency solar monocrystalline solar panel (2.4 V/0.3 watt) one Ni-MH or Ni-cd rechargeble battery (1.2V/1600 MA) with 6 super bright LEDs, with 10000 to 18000 Mcd (Milicandela), dimension-125mm x125mmx25mm (shank 60mm) including adhesive for fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Dark eye Model DHRUV or Sinar Infrasture or equivalent make as approved by GE.

S&F in repair speed bumps high resistance to severe impacts and hard weather conditions made of sturdy plastic (black/yellow colour) & UV Stabilizers, studded with reflectors on either side complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dark eye Model No. DA 1001/Sinor Infrastructure/3M/Avery denson.

S&F in repair 1.2m long delinator made of MS pipe 50mm outer dia, 900mm height from top surface of PCC, duly powder coated , covered with 4 nos of retro reflective high intensity HIP grade tape, in red, yellow white and green in colour of size 100 mm wide from top and mesh of 16 guage fixed from the top to cover this bands of reto reflective taps including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and fixed in PCC block (1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm complete all as specified and directed. Make : SD-03 of M/s Sapphire Road Safety Products/3M/Avery denson.

S&F in repair convex safety mirror 1000mm dia made of PC material provided with suitable stainless steel pipe post (50mm dia and 1.50m height above ground level and 0.60m below ground level). The pipe shall be embeded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate of block 45cmx45cmx60cm including necessary excavation as in post hole complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description from walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on surface other than fair faces on brick wall or stone wall in CM 1:4 finishing the surface fair and even inculding preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete or brick or newly plastered surface of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old concrete or brick or plastered surface of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vibratory compacted, Ultra coloured, factory made, rubber moulded cement concrete chequered tiles 300mm x300mm x25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and bed plate complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 60mm thick M-35 grade factory made vibratory compacted cement rubber moulded interlocking paver block any shape incl 30mm thick sand cushion and joints filled with sands complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 60mm thick interlocking paver block any shape incl 30mm thick sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete of size 200mm bore set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed in wall/floor any description and any position complete all as specified and directed.
