Supply and Laying XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor cable, laid in trench or fixed to wall/passing through pipe/ pole complete of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning/sand covering for underground cable protection and consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bricks with sub class 'B' locally available laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 15 Mtr height galvansed high mast system complete all as specified and comprising the following:- (a) One No mast shaft in two section, hot dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3, having only one longitudinal seam weld per section and No circumferential weld. Mast should have accessories including head frame, 2 point suspension system with steel wire rope 6 mm dia, double drum winch, Galvanised lantern carriage arrangement suitable for up to 9 luminaires symmetrically, lighting finial & integral power tool for rising and lowering operation of high Mast. (b) SS foundation bolt alongwith nuts, bolts washers, anchor plate and templates as per the design and drawing of manufacturer. (c) M&L for Twin aviation obstruction LED light with electric cable complete -01 No. and wiring complete . (d) M&L for construction of suitable shallow foundation with 1:2:4 concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/Sq Mtr at 2 Mtr depth as per manufacturer design - 01 job

Supply and fixing LED Flood Light fitting, 400 watt, 230 volt AC, 50 Hz, Outdoor type, high pressure die cast aluminium housing with lens and toughened glass, IK 08, cover with integrated constant current electronic driver, complete all as specified and directed and complying with the following specifications:-. (a) minimum efficacy 130 lumen/watt (b) CRI not less than 70, (c) THD 10% (d) Power factor not less than 0.95 (e) Having in built short circuit and surge protection upto 5 kV (f) Colour temperature not less than 5700 degree K (g) Life not less than 50000 hours of operation (h) Weather protection grade: IP66 (NOTE: (1) Contractor shall ensure that luminaire provided comply with the aforesaid specifications. No claim shall be entertained during currency of work.. (2) Wire for electric connection shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply & fixing PVC insulated & sheathed stranded copper cable 5 core of cross sectional area 2.5 sq mm for proving necessary electrical connection from feeder pillar box to light fittings including with suitable size copper lugs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised Steel Tubing Pipe 40 mm bore (dia), light grade with Bend, laid in Trenches or under Roads crossing/Flooring/Culverts/Footpath complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing with Galvanised Earth Plate Electrode 600x600x6.3mm thick burried directly in Ground (Earth Pit not less than 2.25 Metre below Ground Level) with Top edge of the Plate not less than 1.50 Metre below Ground Level, connected to galvanised earth Strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel Earth Plate surrounded by a packed thickness of Char Coal or Coke Dust mixed with Common Salt in alternate layers of not exc. 150mm thick, PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) with Cast iron cover 10mm thick hinged, Cast Iron Frame, MS Rod 6mm, Funnel, GI Pipe 20mm medium grade all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I including necessary Excavation in Soft/Loose Soil, Returning, Filling in and Removal of surplus Spoil upto a distance of 50.00 Metre and and Testing on Completion, complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing cubical type, MS fabricated lighting control panel housing suitable control circuit for automatic switching ON and OFF of the high mast light and suitable for motorised operation of winch and lantern carriage and LT Panel made out of 3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet, of size not less than 600 mm x 500 mm x 300 mm with mild steel angle iron frame and legs (of length 300 mm) of section 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick, with front openable door (with locking arrangement) duly powder coat painted over a coat of red oxide primer, with provision of cable entry and exit at mid portion of the feeder pillar box (with cable gland), and providing one number Danger Notice Plate (of size 15 cm x 10 cm, suitable for LT line, made out of 0.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixed with clamps and nuts-bolts of suitable size) and providing necessary foundation of the feeder pillar box in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge comprising of the following accessories :- (a) MCCB, FP, 100 Amps, 25 KA, 50 Hz, 415 Volts - 01 Nos (b) Aluminium bus bar 200 Amps capacity - 04 Nos (c) LED type indication lamp R Y B - 01 set. (d) Contactor 40 Amps, 3 pole, 415 volts. AC - 01 No (e) Auto/Manual Selector Switch - 01No (f) ON/OFF Push Button - 01 No (g) Change over Switch for Reverse-Forward of operation Lights for repair/maintenance etc. Note:-(i) All incoming and outgoing cables, duly thimbled along with suitable size of brass cable glands, to be connected with accessories. (ii) MCCB to be connected internally with suitable size of copper strip.
