M&L for flame proof point consealed wiring with FRLS PVC insulated PVC un-sheathed electric cable confirming to IS:694, 1100V grade AC single core having multi stranded FRLS copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area for phase & neutral drawn in & including 1.6mm thick concealed ERW stove enamelled rigid mild steel conduit conforming to IS: 9537 and ISI market of size not less than 20 mm dia including flame proof fitting such as mild steel junction box, mild steel Cup-lings unions, bends, reducers, inspection elbow, sealing conduits, plugs etc 1.5 Sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor as a earth wire of size 105 Sqmm connected to earth dolly by providing lugs complete for flame proof lumiaires and drawn in the same concealed conduit etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : The quoted rates shall be deemed to inclusive of conduiting on the wall shall be concealed but if it is not posible to conceal the conduit on the RCC roof/crossing of column/beam then it shall be fixed on surface as per the condition of site.

Supply & fix Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix Flame proof weather proof LED fixture light fitting 2x 16 W, in die cast aluminum housing with high resistant toughened glass recommanded for gas/vapour group with IP-65 Protection with all accessories such as in built LED drivers, holders and other fittings connecting from ceiling rose to fitting including provision of three core flexible copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm not less than 0.5 mtr long for connection complete with fixing arrangement and all as directed and specified.

All As per srl item 21 above but for 3/5 pin socket outlet for 5/06 Amps on independent board with indipendent circuit drawn from DB box with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade including 2.5 sqmm green in color for earth continuity conductor as earth lead etc complete all as specified and direcrted.

All As per srl item 21 above but for 3/5 pin socket outlet for 15/20 Amps on independent board with indipendent circuit drawn from DB box with 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade including 4.0 sqmm green in color for earth continuity conductor as earth lead and etc complete all as specified and direcrted.

Supply & fix flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16A, (2P+Earth) 250V complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fixing the LED high bay light fitting of flame proof type IP-65 protection and of 60 Watt with LED driver and all connected accessories etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flame proof exhaust fan 305mm (12") sweep (heavy duty) single phase 220/230 volt AC 1440 RPM, with louvered shutters including mounting frame, GI nut, bolts, washer, fastners etc and connecting exhaust fan to ceiling rose including provision of three core flexible copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm not less than 0.5 mtr long for connection complete with fixing arrangement etc complete all as directed and specified.

S&F Single pole and neutral enclosure flame proof type with 16 Amp capacity along with one No of MCB SP 16Amp, two pin and earth plug and socket complete 240 volt all as directed.Make Legrand/Havells.

M&L for sub main wiring drawing in and including ERW stove enamelled rigid mild steel conduit conforming to IS: 9537of size not less than 25mm dia medium grade with PVC cable 04 Sqmm nominal area 2run single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor including one run of 04 Sqmm size PVC cable stranded copper conducter as earth continuity wire and connected to earth dolly with proper crimping of thimbles bottle type etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring drawing in and including ERW stove enamelled rigid mild steel conduit conforming to IS: 9537of size not less than 25mm dia medium grade with PVC cable 06 Sqmm nominal area 2run single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor including one run of 06 Sqmm size PVC cable stranded copper conducter as earth continuity wire and connected to earth dolly with proper crimping of thimbles bottle type etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring drawing in and including ERW stove enamelled rigid mild steel conduit conforming to IS: 9537of size not less than 40mm dia medium grade with PVC cable 25 Sqmm nominal area 4run single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor including one run of 16 Sqmm size PVC cable stranded copper conducter as earth continuity wire and connected to earth dolly with proper crimping of thimbles bottle type etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Flame proof Distribution board of 8 way SPN along with MCB's of suitable capacity including chasses cutting on wall, grouting in wall with cement mortar and all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing in replacement with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate should not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected to galvanized iron wire 4mm dia as a earth electrode from earth electrode to main switch/DB/any appliance by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part I connecting to earthing test point ,PCC pit constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B, (buidng 20mm graded aggeregate) with angle iron frame of size 300 x 300mm x 5mm Machine cut Jodhpur stone slab pit cover of size 300x300 mm with 12mm MS Rod handle for lifting, 20mm dia medium grade watering pipe with PGI funnel, wire mesh, common salt, charcoal, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Chanrge. Note :- (i)The earth pit shall be refilled by boulders free from vegetable soil. (ii) Earthing shall be tested by contractor in presence of JE /Engr-in-Charge. Record shall be maintained. Payment shall be admissible only after satisfactory test results. (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed earth strip watering pipe & protection pipe upto 7.5m

Supply and Laying XLPE insulated LT UG cable PVCsheathed , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe light grade 40mm dia bore fixed to wall/ PCC block etc with suitable MS clamp etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
