Supplying and fixing 40mm nominal bore Galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade for protection of earth lead / passing cable complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified of the following bore (Excavation & Earth work , Mild steel clamps, bolts , nuts and washers shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L burnt clay fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified.

Material and labour for river sand, unwashed and screened dry ) for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed . (Note:Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

S&F in repairs 3 core , stranded copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed , 1100 Volts grade for making connections to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying jointing, testing and commissioning LT XLPE, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured LT 1100 volt grades heavy duty with aluminium stranded conductor through pipes, induct, on poles, in trenches etc including taking down complete of following sizes.

Taking down unserviceable LT panel switchgear and Supplying, installing, commissioing and testing of LT switchgear panel board of size 1000mmx800mmx400mm (min) , IP-56 (outdoor type) , 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply, three phase and neutral ( 4 wire) , having busbar chamber for and including 600 Amps insulated Aluminium bus bars having standard size 80x10 mm2 , 4 pole , cubical type, factory made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet structure mounted on Platform (as per Sketch), rigid mild steel angle iron frame of 50mmx50mmx5mm with 750mm long extended legs grouting in PCC platform , duly epoxy powder coated internally and externally with approved shade, rubber gasketted, hinged front and back openable doors with proper locking arrangements for dust and vermin proof ,complete including suitable size cable allay, lugs , cable glands and making connections with MCCB spreaders, wiring with suitable size SC PVC insulated copper conductor cable, l65mm size lock with keys comprising of the followings and specified hereafter:

Cutting of wornout/burnt aluminium cable ternimal lugs from the HT/LT cable, crimping of new aluminium cable core and fixing with transformer, panel MCCB terminal stud including cutting /dressing of cable, disconnecting under ground cable from over head conductor, cutting down wornout portion under ground cables of any type and size for repairs including taking out under ground cable loop from ground and making connections of restoration of electric supply complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation , earth work, taking out cable protection covers and sand separatly shall be paid.

Supplying and fixing connecting and testing of energy saving & environment friendly LED street light made out of pressure die cast anodised aluminium with toughened glass cover housing, 70 watts LED to achieve electrical safety class 1, CRI70 colour temperature 5000k to 6000k with LED working life time 50000 burning hours with integrated constant current electronic driver, nominal volatge 240V, AC,50 Hz, operating voltage range 120-280V, suitable for ambient environmental condition of station, TDH10%,, Pf 0.95, lumens 80 lm/W, Ingress protection not less than IP65, driver and luminaire shall comply not less than LM-79 or IS 16106 of 2012 including 32mm nominal bore light grade GI pipe brackets made out of 1.50M long GI pipe ,bent to shape and fixed to poles/ walls with Two Nos mild steel flat iron brackets of 40mmx6mm, comprisng 4 Nos mild steel hexogonal head bolts of 12 mm dia, 75 mm long with washers or providing reducers and GI pipe of size suitable for exixting top fixed bracket duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, and making connections with cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down LED street lights fittings from pole/ walls including wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repair automatic operation street light timing switch having lighting control (ON-OFF) through Astronomical Calculation of Sun rise/ sun set by setting date, time and degree of longitude and latitude without separate light sensors and prewired with suitable size of copper conductor single core PVC insulated and sheathed caable and all mechanism fitted into panel, outdoor type , pole mounted with FI 25x4mm clamps , nuts, bolts and washers dully painted, connecting and testing factory made , epoxy powder coated, Single Phase street light panel, digital 24 hrs, suitable for 6KW (max) complete with 32 Amps TP Contactor, and 40 Amps SPN MCBs and fixed on pole/ wall/ feeder pillar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement plaster of 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces after fitting of cable protection GI Pipe of 50 mm bore on walls and under floor compleate all as directed by engr-in-charge.

Taking out old earthing material M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, burried directly in to ground ( earth pit) not less than 2.25 metres deep below GL with top edge of earth plate ot less athn 1.50 m below ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, connected to GI lead wire of 4 mm dia.(7.50 m Long) by means of nuts, bolts and washers, checknuts of GI and protected by the GI pipe light grade 15 mm nominal bore(7.5 m long) for earth lead wire and watering pipe medium grade of 20 mm nominal bore, 0.63 mm thick G I sheet funnel , wiremesh, earthing test point etc complete including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil , PCC 1:3:6 type C1 earth pit and Precast RCC cover 40 mm thick in plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, mild steel angle iron frame for pit cover made out of 40x40x5mm thick duly painted with two coats of ssynthetic enamel paint over a coat of priner , excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate number 03 of SSR Part I

Supply and fixing in repair LED flood light 100 watt 230 volt AC pressure dia cast housing outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver lamp necessary bracket, clamps and nuts & bolts etc required for fixing light fittings on ploe/ wall etc. complete all as directed.
