Dismantling & taking down the indoor & out door unit of unserviceable Air cooled ductable Air Conditioner of capacity 8.5 TR and 11 TR after removing all electrical and other connections including depositing to MES store yard complete in all respect as directed by engr in charge. Note : Vehicle, ladder and other necessary tools required to taking down the indoor and outdoor unit from multi storey building should be provided by the contractor at his own cost.

Dismantling of existing ceiling boards of any type in any thickness at height upto 25 feet including cover fillets and timber frame work complete in all respect and as directed.

GI (up to 1200 mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40X 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia. 40 mm long etc complete all as spd and as directed. Incl providing and fixing S&F eco block gypsum board 12mm thick acoustic board 600x600mm in size fixed with screw with GI snap grid in wall complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.
