Supply and lay DWC HDPE pipe 50 mm bore medium class, ISI Marked, double wall corrugated for open / underground laying cable, cut to size and making the tubing for cable protection including cutting of road etc / cutting of PCC and making good the surfaces to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) The using of GI Clamp in the wall / drainage rate are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The insulation of DWC pipe shall be of high quality and should not be deteriorated with UV rays / heavy sun rays / winter season etc. (c) The cost of drawing of existing cable through DWC pipe shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

Disconnecting incomming and outgoing LT UG cable connections of LT panel of any size, replacing burn / unsv bus bar of any description to aluminium bus bar of suitable size, welding work for hinges and doors, fixing locking arrangement, scraping old paint on internal / external surfaces of LT Panel and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (seimens gray) with spray machine over one coat of red oxide primer and reconnecting to LT UG cable with & including replacement of defective aluminium lugs using crimping tool, nuts, bolts, washers etc and all necesary work required for smooth functioning of LT panel complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement, On-load Changeover 4 pole 100 Amps, 415 Volts, open execution type of make: L&T or equivalent in existing panel including difconnecting and taking out old changeover of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement, MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps, 415 Volts of 16 kA breaking capacity Ics=100% Icu of make: Havells or equivalent in existing panel including disconnecting and taking out existing MCCB of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement, 3 pole power contactor MNX 70, 220/440 Volts with 70 Amps AC3 duty rating of any type including auxillary switch of make: L&T or equivalent in existing panel including taking out of old one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement, digital type Voltmeter with LED display suitable for 3 phase of make: L&T or equivalent in existing panel including disconnecting and taking out existing Voltmeter of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement, digital type Ammeter with LED display suitable for 3 phase make: L&T or equivalent in existing panel including disconnecting and taking out existing Ammeter of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling existing earthing of any description and M&L for new Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.50 m below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level. Earthing plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with GI strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles at one end and the other end connected to main switch board and protected by 40mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe. Provision of 20mm dia bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. The pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earthing pit and then taken horizontally to the equipment. Provisionn of cement concrete chamber of iinternal size 300x300x300mm with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), constructed at 1.00 m metre away from edge of earthing pit with 50 mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C including all necessary earthwork in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009) and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (a) The unit rate includes earthing wire and protection pipe upto maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate, earth point / test point. (b) On testing after completion, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

M&L for connecting LED based Aviation light of capacity 20 watt on top of overhead reservoir at upto 21 mtr high staging including taking out of old light all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Bajaj or equivalent Note: All T&P and labour charges for working on OH tanks upto 21 mtr high staging shall be deemed included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long for fixing on top of overhead reservoir at upto 21 mtr height including taking out of termination complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: All T&P and labour charges for working on OH tanks upto 21 mtr high staging shall be deemed included in the quoted rate.

M&L for microprocessor based smart water level controller with sensor integration via screw terminals with the on – field configuration for overhead tank. Indication for 5 sensor reading per tank ( 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) display interface with 4.3 ”TFT LCD screen with 32 bit micro-controller unit, fixed resolution 480 X 720 pixels. Operating temperature for device - 20 to 70 Degree C. The controller must support I/O based controls over 8 Bit 8051 Base Micro-controller Unit with support for Buzzer / Alarm at 25% and 100% capacity to operate On / Off operations. Manual Override option (toggle switch) to override the controls from Auto mode. The enclosure is made of ABS Material for IP protection (Dust and water resistance) Make:- Sathya Sai or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for SS304 horizontal magnetic float switch with SS pipe for sensor mounting (5% Nos Sensor) in the tank by clamping at the bottom and top of the tank consist of magnetic float complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 7 core copper alloy signal cable with weather proof rubber coating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm dia boy galvanised tubing, 'light grade' with all fittings, laid in trenches for protection of signal cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core for connection to existing panel, stabilizers and DG sets along with disconnection of existing cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation of poles, stays or for taking out / laying of UG cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials ( surplus soil) at a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable with clean dry river sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured & paid.

Supply & Laying old size sub class 'B' bricks locally available best quality, laid flat (length of bricks laid across the length of cable) in tranches for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out 15 mm dia bore steel water tubing including fittings of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

Repair and maintenance of submersible pump set of any make & model of capacity upto 45 HP including required repairing, if any like motor rewinding, replacement of minor spares such as CI/ MS bowl (as per existing size), stainless steel shaft with key, stainless steel sleeve, sand guard, impeller lock with key, neck ring (as per existing size and type), stainless steel thrust bearing, carbon plate, gun metal bush, rubber bush, upper housing, lower housing, housing & sleeve repairing on Lathe, rubber gasket, nut bolt, painting and testing after servicing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) All type of T&P like chain pully block etc, lifting & lowering of motor pump along with column pipe, submersible cable from deep borewell as required at site shall be arranged by the contractor and cost of the same to be deemed included in the quoted rate. (ii) New submersible cable if any, shall be measured and paid for separately against respective item of this schedule.

Attending complaint for rectification of leakage of 80mm bore GI pipe line including all necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling in etc, screwing and threading including replacement of unsv fittings like unions, sockets, bends, elbows, tees, nipples etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The complaint shall be rectified within 24 Hrs from the date of complaint. In case of delay by more than 24 Hrs, a penlaty of Rs 500/- per complaint per day of delay shall be imposed on the contractor.
