(a). DIESEL ENGINE :- Diesel engine 1500RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke, conforming to IS:100001/ISO3046/BS:649/BS:5514 amended upto date, for continuous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in 12 hour, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivery 180 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Agra ( Taking all derating factor into consideration) fitting with the following accessories subject ot the design of manufacturer:- (i) Dynamically balanced fly wheel. (ii) Air cleaner oil bath type (iii) Mechanical Governor class 1 A Flywheel with starter ring (iv) Dry exhaust manifold with suitable exhaust residential grade silencer to reduce the noise level (v) Radiator cooling (vi) Radiator fan with guard (vii) Vaccum indicator (viii) Fuel filter and fuel hoses (ix) Fuel injection pump (FIP) (x) Fan and water pump assesembly (xi) Lub oil filter and pump (xii) Electric starting system with battery charging alternator and axial type started motor including adequate number of high capacity maintenance free lead acid battery as per manufacturer recommendation including inter connecting cables/leads with terminals complete with starting/stopping switch voltmeter, etc 01 set

(xiii) Engine safety shut down system against low oil pressure and high water pressure. (xiv) Exhaust gas driven turbo charge (xv) Oil filter (xvi) Lub oil cooler (xvii) Engine main manual with spare part list (xviii) Suitable designed acoustic enclosure as per CPCB regulations (xix) Any other item not included / specified but is a standard design of the manufacturer.

(b). Engine instrument panel : Engine instrument panel shall comprising of the following:- (i) Starting on /off switch. (ii) water temp gauge. (iii) Hour meter cum RPM indicator (iv) Lub oil pressure gauge (v) Lub oil temperature gauge (vi) Battery charging meter (vii) Safety alarm against high water temp and lub oil pressure. (viii) Any other item not included/specified but is a standard design of the manufacturers.

(c ). ALTERNATOR shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less for 180KVA continuous operation at the speed of 1500RPM at 415 volts, 50Hz three phase, 4 wire system with advance electronic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with +1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible coupling and conforming to IS-4722 complete-01 No. Note:- Alternator should be able to deliver output rating at actual site condition.

Bottom mounted (or as per manufacturer design) steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capactiy not less than 12 hrs continuous operation inside canopy with fuel level guage, drain plug locking arrangements etc with and including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practice complete all as specifided and directed.

(d). Bypass arrangement by providing separate indoor panel made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, indoor type with connecting copper bus bar of suitable size from change over and set of 3 Nos indication lamp for R, Y and B and 2 Nos 4 pole on load change over switch front handle operated of capacity 250 Amp is to be installed near AMF panel complete all as specified and directed shall compresing the following:- (i) Hour run meter. (ii) Any other item not included/ specified but is a standard design to the manufacturer.

(e). AMF CONTROL PANEL: Supply, fabricating and testing of factory made/fabricated cubical automatic main failure panel indoor type with degree of protection IP-42 conforming to IS-2147, suitable for 180KVA capacity DG Set, fabricated using 14 Gauge CRCA sheet, powder coated comprising of suitable rated copper bus bar,contactors of adequate rating for auto transfer of main/DG supply, internal wiring with control fuse, connecting incoming and outgoing leads/ bus bar as approved with and including following accessories all as specified and directed :- (i) Master switch for auto/manual/reset/off-01 No. (ii) Digital type multifunctional meter for ampere, voltage, power factor, frequency etc -01 No. (iii) Push button start, stop, reset-01 No. (iv) Set of lamp for indicating load a set, low pressure, high cylinder temperature, load on mains, set fails at start, low oil presure. (v) Battery charger connected to load. (vi) Transformer of adequate rating. (vii) Ractifiers (viii) DC ampere meter and voltmeter. (ix) Fault accept / reset push button. (x) Set of relays and contactor 250 Amp suitable for 180KVA DG Set for automatic start and automatically shut down of suitable rating and capacity and 2 Nos MCCB 4 pole, 250 Amp, 25 KA, with thermal adjustable type of range 70-100% fixed on main supply and DG set supply. (xi) Make of AMF control panel shall be as per OEM recommendations.

Supply, commissioning erecting and testing of manufacturered or OEM manufactured, static silient (sound proof enclosure) Disel Engine driven Generating set of capacity 05KVA, water cooled, 230 volts (AC single phase, supply system) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer,inbuilt AMF panel of suitable size including all accessories and measuring instruments as per OEM recommandations, as provide by OEM and suitable for condition prevalent at Agra (capacity of engine alternators shall worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) battery of adequate capacity as per OEM recommandations for self starting, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return inlet oil arrangements, exhaust pipe complete including trolley suitable for mounting the 5KVA DG set fabricated with suitable size and shape by using suitable section of MS Channel/Angle Iron etc duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer mounted on suitable size of Rubber wheels-04 Nos and 01 No spare wheel with drum of bearing capacity not less than 3.00 tonne and with spring loaded leaf, spring based suspension with 04 No of drilling screw jack ,suitable tow hook/rod to tow the DG set with any vehicle for easily shift to any location complete all as specified and directed, including all feature to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of following components:-

(a). (c ). ALTERNATOR shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less for 5KVA continuous operation at the speed of 1500RPM at 230 volts, 50Hz single phase, sypply system with advance mechanical voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with +1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible couping and conforming to IS-4722 complete-01 No. Note:- Alternator should be able to deliver output rating at actual site condition.

Bottom mounted (as per manufactures design) steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capactiy not less than 12 hrs continous operation inside canopy with fuel level guage, drain plug locking arrangements etc with and including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practice complete all as specifided and directed.

(d). Bypass arrangement :- By providing separate panel outdoor type made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, outdoor type with connecting copper bus bar of suitable size from change over and set of 1 Nos indication lamp red colour for phase and 2 Nos of 2 pole on load change over switch front handle operated of capacity 15 Amp is to be installed near AMF panel complete all as specified and directed. By pass arrangement shall comprising the following. (i) Hour run meter. (ii) Any other item not included/ specified but is a standard design to the manufacturer.

(e). AMF CONTROL PANEL: Inbuilt AMF panel of suitable size including all accessories and measuring instruments as provided by OEM.

Excacation in trenches in hard/ dense soil n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for laying cables and getting out etc complete all specified and directed.

Return filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick in hard/dense soil after cable are laid and tested etc complete all specified and directed..

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level n. exc.1.5m above the starting point etc complete all specified and directed.

M&L for sand filing with clean dry fine sand, unsashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all specified and directed. Note : punned thickness sahll be measused and paid.

Supply & Laying sub class 'B' bricks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying including taking down old u/s XLPE pvc insulated LT UG cable PVCsheathed , bedded armoured heavy duty electric cable 1100 volts grade with aluminum conductor 240 Sqmm 3.5 core IS 7098 (Part-I) laid in trenches or fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-10 above but of size 25 Sqmm 4 core.

Supply and laying the GI Tubing light grade of 80mm dia bore with all fittings to be fixed on wall/pole or laid under floor/PCC crossing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For horizontal drilling under road/PCC/Runway crossing to make hole for insertion of GI Pipe size up to 80mm dia with the help of mechanical or manual device as per requirement of site conditions, including making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 to match withexisting specifications and all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal grond level with top edge of eath plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised Iron strip of 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and connected to main switch board or main control board or equipment with testing point to check the earthing values by providing one No of test terminal block of gun metal or phosporous bronze of size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwsed including 3 Nos,8mm dia 25mm long hex head screws and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including GI funnel, GI wire mesh, and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, including as earthing pit cover of size 40cmx40cmx40mm thick well dressed dholpur stone and MS handle fabricated by using 10mmdia MS rod, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m. all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-1) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demoliton of brick work or stone masonry built in CM including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone works and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 150mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Roof trusses (framed), including vertical posts, purlins, gussest plate and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance and pieces and cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall of any height, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel works as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and for valley gutters etc including all neccessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar works confirming to Fe-410 or Fe-310 upto any height of building complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description nexc 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying Two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work in cement motar 1:4 using fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and direted

M&L for 15 mm thick renderirng on fair faces of brick, work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed blocks, coping, coving, hold fasts, plinth course cills and similar articles inlcuding necessary form work complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfacesof wall and applying two coat cement base paint over a coat of primer etc complete all as specified and directed.
