Supply, installation,testing and commissioning outdoor type ,floor mounted step down non sealed type transformer,11/0.433 KV , powder coated of capacity 400 KVA ,core type,double copper wound,oil immersed,naturally cooled,oil natural-air natural with external cooling tubes,delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having taping at ± 2.5%,+5.0% & ± 7.5 % on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear. the maximm temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after coontinuous full load run. The transformer shall be conforming to IS-1180 updated,level-2 (2 star). Dilectric strength of transformer oil not less than 45 KV and it has accessories such as LT Box at LT side, silica gel breather,oil level indicator, conservator tank with oil level indicator, drain out valve(oil tank), exhaust vent, air release valve, temperature gauge, lifting lugs and cast iron wheel etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note 1:- Quotated rate should be inclusive of as detail below and as directed. (i) Providing 100 mm PCC platform on top of brick masonry of Size 3 X 2.5 mtrs (outer dimensions) and 1.2 mtr high from ground level and 0.5 mtr below ground level for placing Transformer and steps complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Excavation and earth work for foundation of brick masonary including R/F and removing surplus soil. (iii) 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation of brick masonary . (iv) Brick work with fly ash brick in CM 1:6 including 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 over exposed surfaces. (v) 100mm thick hard core using brick bats of gauge n.exc 63mm. (vi) 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base. (vii) 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and fair. (viii) Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer over plastered surfaces complete. (ix) Earth filling including watering and ramming in layers of 25cm inside the platform complete. (Earth obtained from excavation shall be used for fixing).

Supply and fabrication of rigidly welded construction duly ribbed bed mild steel trolley suitable for mounting transformer step down outdoor type complete with stranded fittings made of channel 100 x 50 mm in dimension 3.35 mtr x 2.5 mtr wide mild steel chequered plate 6 mm thick as per size of body with four intermediate numbers of channels 100 x 50 mm in between base frame with stand hook and with all four side covered with wire mesh of 3 Sqmm dia with support of equal angle iron (35x35x5mm) of height 1.7 RM and roof top is covered with plain GI sheet with support of angle iron complete all as specified and as directed with following :- (a) Tyre with wheel drum-04 nos and axle -tree of suitable size (part No 6.00-16) suitable for 4 tonne load capacity (b) Leaf spring 4 tonne capacity (c) Toeing system made out of mild steel channel 75 x 40 mm with spring & hook. (d) Channel 100mm x 50mm, 3.35 RM length- 02 Nos. (e) Channel 100mm x 50mm, 2.5 RM length- 06 Nos. (f) Channel 100mm x 50mm, 3.0 RM length- 02 Nos. (g) Channel 100mm x 50mm, 1.6mm length- 02 Nos.
