Design, Supply, Installation, Errection, testing and commissioning of (on Grid Types) Grid connected Solar PV Plant capacity (30kw*1) with Solar PV modules, tool kit and Blast type solar structure comprising and including of the following accessories all as specified and directed:- Make : Tata BP/ Electrmac/ Adani/ Rayzon/ Ksolar/ Waree/ HHV/ IB SOLAR/ MNRE Approved (i) Module Mounting Structure should be non penetrative with RCC roof & made up of Aluminum or combination of Aluminum, PP+30% Glass with UV Stabilization, & Should have Wind shield cover of corrosion prevention metal material thickness not less than 0.6 mm. Module Mounting Structure should have click fit technology for quick assembling & Disassembling the structure & self aligning properties. Module Mounting Structure Should be aerodynamically designed and covered from side & back with wind shield. (ii) The SPV module shall be made up of high transmitivity glass & front surface shall give high encapsulation gain and the module shall consists of impact resistance, low iron and high transmission toughened glass. The module frame shall be made of corrosion resistant of aluminum material, which shall be electrically compatible with the structural material used for mounting the modules. (iii) Each structure should have angle of inclination as per the site conditions to generate maximum power. However, to accommodate more capacity the angle inclination may be reduced to 10 - 13 Degree until the plant meets the specified performance ratio requirements..

(iv) The terminals shall be connected to copper bus-bar arrangement. The junction boxes have suitable copper cable (As per site requirements) entry points fitted with cable glands as per recommendatoins of manufacturers. (v) Copper Conductor not less than 4 Sqmm XLPE/PVC Insulated/sheathed/naked/flat/ Standard/Solid etc required for connection from Solar Power Panel of system to DC/AC Supply upto and Connection to the existing system required to complete the solar system to be included in the unit ratequoted (vi) Structural material shall be corrosion resistant and electrolytically compatible with the materials used in the module frame, its fasteners, nuts and bolts should be able of multiple times grouting & Calming . Mid clamp should have bonding clip to have better contact with module for grounding. Ground spring & bonding clip should be made from spring steel material.MMS should be interconnected along the row for good stability & high endurance. (vii) The fasteners used should be made up of stainless steel & Clamps should be made up of Aluminium 6063 T6 or Aluminium Alloy ADC6 material. The structures shall be designed to allow easy replacement of any module. The array structure shall be so designed that it will occupy minimum space without sacrificing the output from the SPV panels.

(viii) Ballast must be covered by wind shield for aesthetical good & prevent from directly exposed to environment & Ballast tray design should be in such a way that we can place any kind of ready available ballast or gravel. (ix) MMS must have provision for single and dual set up withsame components. (x) MMS must be fire retardant & tested by renowned laboratory. (xi) Solar PV Module of Crystalline- Silicon (Mono) solar technology should have efficiency 20%. (xii) The PV modules shall be minimum with 144 cell configuration with rated power of module ≥ 540 Wp certified for solar PV module power performance tested as per IEC 61215 (Design qualification and type approval for Crystalline Si modules) and IEC 61730 (PV module safety qualification testing @ 1000 V DC of higher with IEC2005 for approved Indian make. (xiii) Photovoltaic modules shall carry a performance warranty of 90% during the first 10 years, and 80% during the consecutive 15 years. Further module cell shall have performance warrantly of 97.5% during the first year of installation to get the maximum Performance of the System. (xiv) The module mismatch losses for modules connected to an inverter shall be less than 2%.
