Supply only air termination Aluminium rod 12mm dia, 300 mm long for lightening conductor all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement for Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm on wall/batten or recessed or buried in ground all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 5 above but Copper strip 32 x 6 mm

Supply & fixing for GI strip 32x6mm on wall/batten or recessed or buried in ground all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing epoxy insulator of required size not exceeding than 10 cm long with two nos hole each on both end for fixing properly with nuts & bolts on wall of buildings for separated to lightining conductor or earthing stirp from building all as required at site & directed by engineer in charge. Note : The distance between two insulators fixed on the wall shall not be more than 0.75 mtr lenght.

M&L for pouring of two bucket solution of water (30 Ltr) mixed with salt (5Kg) in old earthing and earth testing using calibrated earth tester & submitting result to Engr -in -Charge complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- (i) Earthing showing higher results value than as specified in IS rule and disconnetivity should be replaced with new earthing items which shall be measured & paid seperetely (ii) Watering of earthing with 2 Buckets (30Ltrs) water mixed with salt (total 5 Kg) shall be shall deemed included in unit rate quoted.

Material and labour for making High conductive, Non corrosive,Maintenance Free yet Repairable Electro-Chemical - Gel earht pit suitable for Lightning Conductor application using earth enhancing compound ISOGEL of 20 kg kit, CPRI Tested 'ISOROD' of 3 inch dia, 8 ft long and 0.12 inch thick made of K type electrolytic copper with top removal gel filling cap, seepage holes, Stainless steel fasteners, HDP Lockable earht pit cover cum inspection/termination chamber and all required accessories including design modifications, to achieve the required earth termination rod resistance value of less then 1 ohms all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- (i) Earth test record shall be maintained and submitted to Engineer in Charge with proper location/ identification (ii) Earth work will be included in unit rate (iii) Connecting strip for equipement of 32x6 mm copper up to 7.5 meter will be included in unit rate (iv) Test point to be made on insulation base i.e. porcelain insulator or mica sheet of 3 mm thick will be included in unit rates . (v) If earth resistance value is found to be outside the permissible limits successful bidder shall do fresh earthing on his own expense.

Material and labour for providing the MS plate size 0.05 sqm of triangle /rectangular shape and oval shape to identify the earthing not less than 1.6 mm thick and angle iron 25x3 mm and 600mm height welded with plate and grouting vertically alongwith earthing pit with PCC block not less than 300x300x300 mm duly painted background with black colour and writing arial fontEarthing Result in Ohm all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5M below normal GL, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel including excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, 15 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr, funnel with wire mesh,watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr including. Charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 3of SSR Pt-I, 2009 specification all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for providing new earthing for bldg complete with copper plate of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm with copper earth strip of size 25 x 3 mm and earth pit not less than 4.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge earth of the plate not less than 3.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip (20 x 3 mm ) from earth plate to test point by means of brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and lead washers or copper riveted joint including char coal dust, common salt, funnel with wire-mesh, 20 mm dia light grade GI pipe for watering and 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr for copper strip and excavation / earth work with PCC pit (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover of 40 mm thick with 1 : 2 : 4 type B-O using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bar 75 mm C/C both way with two Nos 12 mm dia MS handle complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I, the rates includes testing charges also all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) cost of 7.5 mtr copper strip and GI pipe for protection of Copper strip are deemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) Old CU plate if retrieved shall be deposited to MES store

M&L for Earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal GL, connected to Galvanized earth strip 32x6mm upto 7.5 mtr with protection pipe by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr , funnel with wire mesh,watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr incl. Charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Pt-I 2009 specification. Note : Cost of 7.5 mtr GI strip and GI pipe for protection of Copper strip are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper plate electrode 90cm x 60cm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground with top edge of plate not less than 4.5mtr deep below the normal ground level connected to copper strip 32 x 6mm copper strip as main earthing lead and connected and tinted copper bolt, nuts, check nuts ad washers besides braising at all joints all as directed and connected to earth test point all as specified and directed on completion with and including necessary excavation, earth work, returning filing, removal of extra soil etc, filing adequate qty of charcoal dust, common salt and MgSO4, PCC work (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit with 40 x 40 x6 mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 40mm thick cover reinforcement with 8mm TMT bar @ 75 C/C on both way with funnel with wire mesh and 50mm dia GI light grade for earth lead protection pipe and 40 mm dia GI medium grade for watering all as specified and directed Note for item No 14 & 16 :- (i) The excess requirement (if more than 7.5 Mtr) of GI/Aluminium/copper strip and their joints for connecting upto the test point and GI pipe will be measured and paid separately) (ii) The excavation exceeds if any of the Ser Item No 1 above will be deemed to be included in the item rate. (iii ) Old Copper plate along with cooper strip as retrieved shall be deposited to MES store.

Taking up/ down of 40 mm bore steel tubing and connections from excavated trenches and building up to tripple storey with due care including removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI pipe light grade of size 40 mm bore for laying in trenches/floors or walls including all fittings for fixing complete as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting/boring of PCC / WBM / hard standing at a depth not more than 30 cm deep & 20 cm in breath and making good disturbed surfaces by using the new materials on cutting areas/ disturbed surfaces complete all as speified and directed

M & L for repairing of broken earthing pits chamber with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, funnel with wire mesh for watering pipe including Painting with synthetic enameled white colour paint with mixing of colour (Red/Green/Yellow) of earthing pits of diffirent colour as per Earthing type (Chemical/Lightening Protection and Conventional ) all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of GI pipe light grade of size 15 mm bore for laying in trenches/floors or walls including all fittings for fixing complete as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 4 mm dia GI or steel wire fixed to wall on batten or recessed or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe all as required at site complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for painting externally of earthing pit with synthetic enameled paint of white colour and mixing of colour (Red / Green /Yellow) of earthing pits of diffirent colour as per Earthing type (Chemical / Lightening Protection and Conventional ) all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully geyser (Storage type) of any make of capacity 25/35/50 Ltrs at any height disconnecting electrically and mechanically from all existing line opening complete including back plate, inner copper tank etc. de-scaling of copper tank , heating element and cleaning with Sulphuric Acid / de-scaling compound and reassembling and fixing in same position after necessary repair / replacement including replacement of old nuts & bolts and rubber gasket etc in side the geyser complete all as directed. Note :-(i) Replacement of unserviceable spares shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A' as supply only. (ii) Inspection of electric geyser of any capacity, any type, any make for minor defect, tightening of nut and bolts, connecting wire, pipe lines and rectifing the defects all as specified and directed.

Supply only heating element 1500 watt capacity push / screw type with 'O' ring/triangular including making electrical connection complete all as directed. Make - Theeta/ Bajaj or any make approved by GE

Supply only heating element 2000 watt capacity push / screw type with 'O' ring including making electrical connection complete all as directed. Make - Theeta/ Bajaj or any make approved by GE

Supply only thermostat switches ISI marked including making connections complete all as directed. Make - Theeta/ Bajaj/Racold

Supply only indicating lamp round/triangular red/green 220 volt AC as required at site including electrical connections complete all as directed.

S&F in repair PVC connection 600 mm long with two nos nut adopter ISI marked for hot/cold water complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC connection 750 mm long with two nos nut adopter ISI marked for hot/cold water complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC connection 900 mm long with two nos nut adopter ISI marked for hot/cold water complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of electric water heater (Geyser), storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element up to 2KW, capacity 25 ltr, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostste, NRV, connection piece etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Make : Bajaj/ Crompton/ Havells (Note: Old Gyser shall be deposted to MES Store Yard)

S&F in repair door assembly push type with 'O' ring for 25 ltrs capacities geysers complete all as directed.

M&L in repair for soldering/brazing of inner tank of geyser of any type & capacity as required to make its functional complete all as specified and direected

Supply ,fixed in replacement of stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for GI pipe 15 mm dia bore complete all as directed.

Supply only in replacement , 3 core PVC sheathed copper conductor flexible cable of size 2.5 sqmm complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of inner steel tank of capacity 25 litre Geysers all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply ,fixing in repair Single pole and neutral enclosure 20 Amp with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair single pole MCB 16 Amp 10 KA C curve, complete all as directed.

S&F in repair pressure release valve, ISI marked of suitable size all as directed by Engr-In charge

S&F in repair galvanised iron fastener of 6/4 Inch with GI nuts and spring washer of suitable size all as directed by Engr-In charge.

Supply and fixing metal Plug Top 15 Amp, 3 pin, 230 volt, ISI marked all as directed by Engineer in Charge.
