M&L for sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23 cm thick (8 Cm before laying the cable and 15 Cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only Puned down volume shall be measured.

Supply and lay burnt best quality locally available old size sub class `B' brick laid in trenches prependicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specifed and as directed

Laying only old serviceable bricks obtained from the items specified here-in-before (i.e during taking out of under ground cable), laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Laying in trenches or passing through pipe or fixing to pole/wall UG cable XLPE 10 Sqmm x 2 core to 120 sqmm 3.5 core, PVC insulated,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor,1100 Volts grade,cross section area are as under :- Note : (I) Earth work/ sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately .

Relaying of existing serviceable cable in trenches or passing through pipe obtaind from 10 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 Core after taking out complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT U/G cable from trenches or passing through pipe of size 10 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm 2/3.5/4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement GI tubing light grade galvanised 80 dia bore in trenches, wall/poles and across the road with all fittings such as bends, elbow,tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, lugs etc including, cutting, screwing/threading and waste for making forged bends on pipe socket and union etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The cost of the clamp, nuts, bolts and washers will be paid separately under the relevant item.

S&F in structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including , nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat , one finishing coat of aluminium paint and epoxy coating, including taking down old corroded structural steel all as directed.

Dismantling of steel work (brackets, clamps, channels including disc pin insulator, nut & bolts) from exsiting LT poles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Restretching of existing loose OH,LT ACSR conductor wire including GI wire along the span of poles for sagging within the permissible limit,(five/four/two wireline), including binding/rebinding/joining with Aluminium winding wire in case of breakge of condouctor, size of winding wire shall not be less than 2 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Contractor shall take electric shutdown before stat the wrok form main station and start line after triming of tree and informed to the JE Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Nothing extra is admissible on account of jointing material and labour in case the conductor breaks during the stretching.

S & F in shackle type,vitreous Insulator incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washerrs,and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 115 mm dia ,suitable for 1100 Volt,and as directed by engineer in charge. Make-Jaipuria/RASHTRIYA/ PACTAL.

Taking out and Dismantling of Insulator of any type all as specified and directed.

Fabrication, supply, installation testing and commssioning in replacement outdoor type LT Feeder Pillar Box(FPB) with provision of 02 Nos MCCB(01 Incommer and 01 No Outgoing)made out from 3.15 mm thick sheet CRCA MS sheet (CPRI approve) over all size 0.75x0.60x0.30m front operated, two part hinged doors with locking arrangement comprising of aluminium bus bar suitable for 3 phase 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply 200 Amps rated mounted on SMC/DMC insulators with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves having RYB-B colour code, drilled and tapped with nuts, bolts and washers with two openable front and rear door for connection of incoming and outgoing complete powder coated painting, testing and insttalation on angle iron stand of suitable size with 40mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick angle iron frame work in PCC of 1:3:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) MCCB will be paid and measured separately under relevant item. (ii) Provision of MCCB be made to be fixed in independent cabin in horizontal position with Main bus bar chamber.

Taking out/Dismantling exsiting unserviceable feeder pillar box including disconnection from different site.

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 600mmx600mm and 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edges, of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the Galvanise Iron earth Strip of size 25mmx4mm (GI Strip) size, by means of bolts, nuts, check buts and washers of galvanised iron and 25mmx4 mm earth strip protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore including provision of aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) , reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg per sqmm) and frame of angle iron 40mmx40mmx3mm and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe of suitable length for watering perforated at bottom placed on top edged of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in distance not exceeding 50 mtr and removal of surplas soil to plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to feeder pillers and Transformer all as specified including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming / cutting tree branches with clearing space upto 2 meter from the over head conductor system all around for LT distriution system all as specified and directed. Note Contractor shall take electric shutdown before stat the wrok form main station and start line after triming of tree and informed to the JE Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of vegitation of around LT panel 5 Meter all side and welding of hinge and locking arrangement of LT incluing painting of LT Panel with two coat of paint (suitable colour match to the LT Panel) with spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Busbar Chamber in CRCA MS Sheet made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet 100 Amp, 4 Way 415 Volts of aluminium bus bar drilled holes including cadmium coated nuts, bolts, washers etc fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Busbar Chamber in CRCA MS Sheet made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet 200 Amp, 4 Way 415 Volts of aluminium bus bar drilled holes including cadmium coated nuts, bolts, washers etc fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and dismantling of existing serviceable under gorund cable of size 10 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm 2/3.5/4Core from LT panel/FPB and taking out cable/cable loop from undergorund by excavation of soft/loose soil and insertion of end termination heat shrinckable joint with PVC colour sleeves on cable of size 10 Sqmm to 120 Sqmm of 2/3.5/4 Core and crimping with suitable size of cable glands/thimble as required and refixing the same in its origina position complete all as specifed and directed. Note : Heat Shrinkable end termination joit and straight through joint (epoxy) will be paid separately under relevant item.
