Notes :- Finished sub main wiring with two runs of 6.0 sqmm cable & one run of 6.0 sqmm cable alongwith PVC conduit including its accessories shall be measured and paid one unit length complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB DB 4 way sheet metal enclosure triple pole and neutral 415 volts with 100 Amp standard copper bus bar IP-43, IK-09 with metal doors of suitable size and common neutral link and earth bar all enclosed on standard steel sheet flush mouting type double door factory fabricated complete as per IEC 61439-3 without MCB but with enclosue blank plate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB DB vertical type 4 way VTPN sheet metal enclosure 415 volts with 100 Amp fully insulated standard copper bus bar for each face & surrounded with neutral bars and two common neutral bar, two earth bar including cable ties for cable manegement suitable for housing MCCB TPN 415 Volts as incommer, IP-43, IK-09 as per IEC 61439-3 with metal doors all enclosed on standard steel sheet flush mouting type double door factory fabricated complete without MCB & MCCB but with enclosue blank plate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 pole 100 to 125 Amp Icu 16 Kilo Amp and Ics 100% of Icu with adjustable 70% to 100% and thermal magnetic release suitable for fixing in VTPN DB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB DB sheet metal enclosure factory fabricated double door SPN 12 way with 100 amps copper rated bus bar 240 volts IP-43, IK-09 with metal doors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCB DB sheet metal enclosure factory fabricated double door SPN 8 way with 100 amps rated copper bus bar 240 volts IP-43, IK-09 with metal doors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose/ soil for taking out/laying CI/GI pipe line and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying un-rainforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-I flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm in trenches for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning dry fine for cable cushioning below and above the cable complete all as directed at site by Engr- in-Charge.

Supply and fixing GI Pipe 40mm Light grade , for cable protection laid in trench under road or path or fixed on pole or wall with clamps with all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply and fixing GI Pipe 50mm Light grade , for cable protection laid in trench under road or path or fixed on pole or wall with clamps with all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for earthing in replacement complete with galvansided steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0mm thick directly burried in the ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50M below the normal ground level, GI wire 4.0mm dia from earth plate/ electrode to test point (upto max distance of 7.50M is included in unit rate) and connected to earth plate & earth test point by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 15mm bore GI pipe light grade including necessary fittings for protection of earthing wire, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, concrete chamber in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm grade aggregate, coping shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm grade aggregate and internal surfaces of concrete chamber shall be renderd 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire mesh of 22 gauge (0.63 mm) 8 mesh per linear incl 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm MS deformed bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways, char coal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including all necessary excavation & earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50M and connection from DB to earth electrode with same GI wire alongwith protection pipe and testing on complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.
