M & L for hard core of broken stone or boulders gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread & levelled in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement / hard standing of flexural strength 40 Kg per Sqcm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 250 mm or less complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only polyester triangular fibres as secondary reinforcement in all types of concrete and mortars complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for finishing concrete road surface or pavements by broomimg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 20 mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade `A' complete all as specified and directed

M&L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints of 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete Type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stone ,copings,, apex stones, , anchorage blocks, , etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm crushed stone aggregate as infoundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with using Fly ash bricks built in cement sand mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 Kg per sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in louvres or jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 White cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed. Note: Paymentfor providing grooves shall be made separately.

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 10 mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using aluminium battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel binding wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates / rumblar/truss of angle or other section with gusset plate , rails bracess etc, drilling for fixing of steel sheets or other covering including distance pieces work confirming to Fe- 410-W (Gde -E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new iron or steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables / pipes are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing of size 300 sqmm single core cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire , armoured heavy duty electric under ground LT cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire , armoured heavy duty electric under ground LT cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a levelnot exceeding1.5m above the starting point complete.

M&L for sand filing with clean dry fine sand unsashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all specified and directed. Note : punned thickness sahll be measused and paid.

Supply & Laying sub class 'B' briks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the road / hard standings and excavating in trenches not exceding 0.40 m wide and not exceeding 0.80 m deep across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete and matching with the surroundings complete all as directed.

S&F GI pipe light grade 100 mm dia bore fix in trench / floor/road complete all as directed .

Supply, commissioning erecting and testing of OEM manufactured, prime rating, silent (sound proof enclosure) Disel Engine driven Generating set of capacity 400KVA, water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return inlet oil arrangements, exhaust pipe, battery of adequate capacity as per OEM recommendations for self starting purpose complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Agra (capacity of engine, alternators shall worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D 2 with using 40mm graded stone aggregate of 15 cm thickness below ground level by surface excaation as required and 1:3:6 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of on first layer of PCC sub base size 7x3.5x0.40 M with plastering of 1:3 cement mortar for smooth surface facings of external portion including anti-vibration pads including all feature to comply with latest CPCB-IV Compliant guidelines complete all as specified and directed and commissioning of DG set will be carried out in presence of OEM rep and comprising of following components:- (a) DIESEL ENGINE :- Diesel engine 1500RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke, conforming to IS:100001/ISO3046/BS:649/BS:5514 amended upto date, for continuous running capable of taking 10% overload for one hour in 12 hour, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivery 400 KVA at 50 degree ambient conditions at Agra ( Taking all derating factor into consideration) fitting with the following accessories subject ot the design of manufacturer:-

(i) Dynamically balanced fly wheel. (ii) Air cleaner oil bath type (iii) Electronic Governor class 1 A with back up Mechanical governor class 1A Flywheel with starter ring. (iv) Dry exhaust manifold with suitable exhaust residential grade silencer to reduce the noise level (v) Radiator cooling (vi) Radiator fan with guard (vii) Vaccum indicator (viii) Fuel filter with water seperator (ix) Common rail electric injection pump (x) Fan and water pump assesembly (xi) Lub oil filter and pump (xii) Electric starting system with battery charging alternator and axial type started motor including adequate number of high capacity maintenance free lead acid battery as per manufacturer recommendation including inter connecting cables/leads with terminals complete (xiii) Engine safety shut down system against low oil pressure and high water pressure. (xiv) Exhaust gas driven turbo charge (xv) Oil filter (xvi) Lub oil cooler (xvii) Engine main manual with spare part list (xviii) Suitable designed acoustic enclosure as per CPCB IV regulations (xix) Any other item not included / specified but is a standard design of the manufacturer.

(b) Engine Instrument Panel : Engine instrument panel shall comprising of the following:- (i) Starting on /off switch. (ii) water temp gauge. (iii) Hour meter cum RPM indicator (iv) Lub oil pressure gauge (v) Lub oil temperature gauge (vi) Battery charging meter (vii) Safety alarm against high water temp and lub oil pressure. (viii) Any other item not included/specified but is a standard design of the manufacturers. (c ) ALTERNATOR :- shall be self excited, self regulated, brush less for 400KVA continuous operation at the speed of 1500RPM at 415 volts, 50Hz three phase, 4 wire system with advance electronic voltage regulator to ensure high voltage accuracy with +1% with class H insulation and SPDP enclosure directly coupled with engine through flexible coupling and conforming to IS-4722 complete-01 No. Note:- Alternator should be able to deliver output rating at actual site condition. Bottom mounted steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capactiy not less than 850 Ltrs for continuous operation inside canopy along wirth all fuel connections, with fuel level guage, drain plug locking arrangements etc with and including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practice complete all as specifided and directed. (d) AMF CONTROL PANEL: Supply, fabricating and testing of factory made/fabricated cubical automatic main failure panel outdoor type with degree of protection IP-42 conforming to IS-2147, suitable for 400KVA capacity DG Set, fabricated using 14 Gauge CRCA sheet, powder coated comprising of suitable rated copper bus bar,contactors of adequate rating for auto transfer of main/DG supply, internal wiring with control fuse, connecting incoming and outgoing leads/ bus bar as approved with and including following accessories all as specified and directed :- (i) Master switch for auto/manual/reset/off-01 No.

(ii) Digital type multifunctional meter for ampere, voltage, power factor, frequency etc -01 No. (iii) Push button start, stop, reset-01 No. (iv) Set of lamp for indicating load a set, low pressure, high cylinder temperature, load on mains, set fails at start, low oil presure. (v) Battery charger . (vi) Fault accept / reset push button. (vii) Set of relays and contactor 630 Amp suitable for 400KVA DG Set for automatic start and automatically shut down of suitable rating and capacity and 2 Nos MCCB 4 pole, 630 Amp, 50 KA, thermal adjustable type on main supply and DG set supply. (viii) Make of AMF control panel shall be as per OEM recommendations. (e) Bypass arrangement by providing separate outdoor panel made out of 3.16mm thick CRCA sheet outdoor type with connecting copper bus bar of suitable size from change over and set of 3 Nos indication lamp for R, Y and B and 2 Nos 4 pole on load change over switch front handle operated of capacity 630 Amp , complete all as specified and directed (f) The contactor shall have to arrange for inspection of DG set at OEM"S factory premises .On intimation of readiness of item, One testing officer shall be nominated by accepting officer before dispatch of DG Set.After neccesary inspection at OEM"S factory premises, the item shall be dispatched from factory only after satisfactory performance of the DG Set dully certified by the inspection officer. (g) The Precommissioning test of above DG set shall have to be carried out in presence of IEM or any other officer as detailed by accepting officer . . The expenditure for testing including cost of fuel consumed/ equipment required for testing shall have to be born by the contractor and which shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.No extra payment shall be paid for this account. The testing shall be carried out for 12 Hrs continuously with one hour 10%over load in 12 hours.

Bottom mounted steel fuel tank fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet of capactiy not less than 400 Ltrs for continuous operation inside canopy with fuel level guage, drain plug locking arrangements etc with and including GI pipe connections duly laid as per engineering practice complete all as specifided and directed. (d). Bypass arrangement by providing separate outdoor panel made out of 3.16 mm thick CRCA sheet, indoor type with connecting copper bus bar of suitable size from change over and set of 3 Nos indication lamp for R, Y and B and 2 Nos 4 pole on load change over switch front handle operated of capacity 315/320 Amp complete all as specified and directed . (e). (vii) Set of relays and connector 02 Nos of 315/320 Amp suitable for 200KVA DG Set for automatic start and automatically shut down of suitable rating and capacity and 2 Nos MCCB 4 pole, 315/320 Amp, 36 KA, with thermal adjustable type of range 70-100% fixed on main supply and DG set supply. (viii) Make of AMF control panel shall be as per OEM recommendations. (f)The above DG set shall be fixed/ mounted on trolley with proper fixing arrangements as directed by Enginner-in -charge. Note :- The item of Trolley shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item. (g) The contactor shall have to arrange for inspection of DG set at OEM"S factory premises .On intimation of readiness of item, One testing officer shall be nominated by accepting officer before dispatch of DG Set.After neccesary inspection at OEM"S factory premises, the item shall be dispatched from factory only after satisfactory performance of the DG Set dully certified by the inspection officer. M&L for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate should not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected to galvanized iron earth, GI strip of size 32x6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part I connecting to earthing test point ,PCC pit with angle iron frame 300 x 300mm size, PCC pit cover 300x300 mm size with 12mm MS Rod handle for lifting, 20mm dia medium grade watering pipe with funnel, wire mesh, common salt, charcoal, necessary excavation and earth workincluing 40 mm protection GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Earthing shall be tested by contractor in presence of JE /Engr-in-Charge. Record shall be maintained. Payment shall be admissible only after satisfactory test results. (b) GI strip and GI light grade protection pipe upto 7.50 meter shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) Exavation and all earth work shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted by the contractor.

M&L for trolley for mounting the 200KVA DG set fabricated with section of MS Channel/Angle Iron etc as specified in technical drawing attached with BOQ/PS, duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer mounted on suitable size of Rubber wheels-04 Nos with drum with spring loaded leaf, spring based suspension with screw jack ,suitable tow hook/rod to tow the DG set with any vehicle for easily shift to any location complete all as specified and directed, Note- Technical drawing of trolley is attached .
