Cleaning of Overhead reservoir at the staging of 21metre by draining out of water below supply level, removing all internal sludge by washing. Cleaning the surface of the reservoir using wire brushes and other scraping tools to remove dirt and scales to make it free from deposits. Washing the reservoir with pressure compressor nozzle thoroughly and removing dirty water from the tank to make it clean. Repair to internal surfaces by plastering and providing fillers cracks to prevent any seepage of water and white washing to complete internal wall and floor of chamber. Disinfecting the sump surface using disinfectent complete all as sepcified and directed for 50000 Gallons capacity reservoir, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-The work of cleaning and disinfection will be carried out by experts person in the fiield of the work. The work is to be carrried out in such a way that the water supply is not disrupted.
