Supply , install, test and commissioning LT feeder pillar box outdoor cubical type, three phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts with 100 Amps aluminium bus bar, IP 54 dust and vermin proof fabricated with CRCA sheet not lewss than 3.15mm thick fixed on angle iron frame of size 50 x50x 6mm duly powder coated, front openable double door hinged with locking arrangement complete with panel complete all as specified and as directed and comperising following : - (a) Incoming - MCCB 4 Pole 63 Amp with thermal and magnetic release 50 hz 415 Volts, 25 KA - 01 No. (b) Outgoing - MCCB 3 Pole 32 Amp with thermal and magnetic release 50 hz 415 Volts, 25 KA - 02 No. (c) Digital multifunction meter - 01 No. Note :- Cost of PCC plateform 50mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 over 75mm thick subbase in PCC 1:5:10 Type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate is inclusive in the quoted rate for this item.

Trail bore of 250mm dia upto 200 mtr depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/ boulder etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Reaming upto 525mm from depth exceeding 60 mtr to 200 mtr including casing pipe of 250 dia and thickness 8mm and pea gravel all as specified and as directed.

S&F HDPE pipe 250mm bore of pressure rating 6kgs/cm2 fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F HDPE perforated pipe 250mm bore of pressure rating 6kgs/cm2 fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F HDPE perforated pipe 150mm bore fixed for outlet of water comlete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (top edge of the plate should not be less than 1.50RM below ground level) connected to galvanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl 40 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm thick, PCC chamber using PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test point incl testing and marking Bldg Nos and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted MS Plate of (size 300x300x3mm thick) duly welded with angle iron of size 40x40x5mm, 600mm long, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) GI strip and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for MS sheet of size 300x300x3mm thick, fixed with necessary nuts and bolts on angle iron of size 40x40x5mm, 600 mm long and grouted with PCC block of size 200x200x250mm (PCC 1:3:6 using 20mm crushed stone aggregate including necessary earth work for marking the result and purpose.

S&F galvanized steel water tubing ‘medium grade’ of 50 mm bore with and including necessary PCC work in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 x30 x 30mm complete to complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying in trenches brunt brick sub class B for cable protection laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED aviation / obstruction light fitting (Red Light) of IP 65 protection and 220 V AC of capacity 50 watt complete with driver, holders including connecting up with driver with three core flexible copper conductor cable of 1.5sqmm size complete.

M&L for heavy duty wall fan flame proof body AC single phase 230V ,50Hz of size 457mm sweep (18"), 1440rpm with blades fixing complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing flame proof weather proof LED Flood/Highbay light fitting 250 W, internal ignitation with in a flamable atmosphere CIMFR-BIS-PESO certfied temperature class T-6 complete with fixing arrengement and all as directed and spcified.

Supply and Fixing of flame proof three phase industrial plug & socket with MCB TPN 32 Amps capacity with sheet steel enclosure mounted on wall with all fixing arrangements and all as specified and directed.

S&F of flame proof MCB TPN DB, 4 way 440V, 3 phase lighting distribution panel with complete bas bar incomming :- MCCB,4P, 63Amp-01nowith ,Outgoing:-MCB ,SP,6-32Amp-12 nos,MCB 32ATPN-01 nos complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 4 way junction box 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing SS conduit pipe 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.
