Dismantling / Taking down old GI earthing any type with all accessories complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mtr wide & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth; for foundation, laying/taking out pipes/cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out, in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth; for foundation, laying/taking out pipes/cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth and getting out, in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each in soft/loose type of soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying old size, common burnt clay, sub class 'B' bricks, designation 75, laid flat & dry for protection of electric cable in trenches, adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of cable etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HV type-1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid flat for protection of cable, adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of cable complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Sand cushioning with fine dry sand to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cm thick after laying and stretching of cable) complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning of HT XLPE cable (heavy duty), 11000 volts earthed grade, insulated, screened, sound compacted aluminium conductor, screening with extruded semi conducting layers, insulation screening with copper tape covers laid up with PVC (ST-2), extruded inner sheathed GI strip armoured PVC (ST-2) out sheathed, ISI marked with IS-7098 Part-II, size cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, laid as in trenches or fixed along the wall/pole or passing through pipes/ducts etc., complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) Cable shall be of manufacturing date not earlier than Jan 2025. All the cable shall be embossed with year of manufacturing, meterage at every metre, in addition to its own standard markings as per IS i.e. Size, voltage etc. (ii) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) No straight through joint shall be permitted in less than single drum length. (iv) The contractor shall produce original purchase vouchers duly machine numbered alongwith excise duty gate pass of factory for verification and record. (v) Cable shall be tested in the presence of Representative of Accepting Officer at factory premises prior to despatch as and when requested by contractor through GE.

M&L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L boring/augering of holes under road, pavement, taxi track, hardstanding for passing/crossing pipes/cables upto size 100mm dia/bore at suitable depth (not below than 1.5 mtr) by any means using necessary machinery / equipments complete without damaging the surface and removing excavated soil /material to a distance not exceeding 50mtr complete all as specified & directed.

M&L double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe outer dia 90mm & inner dia 75mm confirming to IS-14930(part-2):2001 with antirodent and non flame propogating properties of approved colour with asseccories laid as in trenches / under road / under floor or fixed to wall / pole with fixing arrangement with suitable size of MS clamps for cable protection complete all as specified & directed. .

M&L 32mm x 6mm galvanized iron(GI) strip as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation for loop earthing etc. complete all as specified & directed.

S&F switch air break gang operated, triple pole, for horizontal or vertical operation, mechanically operated, outdoor type, mounted on 12 insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of 25mm bore, heavy grade GI pipe from ground level with & including locking arrangement & minumum 02 Nos. eye hook, 400 Amps current rating 11000 volts working pressure including making electrical connections to make it functional after testing complete all as specified & directed.

S&F cable route indicator, showing "MES HT under ground cable" and arrow mark painted with two coat synthetic enamel paint over & including one coat of zinc oxide primer, made out of MS plate of size 200mm x 200mm, 6mm thick fixed on MS flat of size 25mm x 4mm, 600mm long, including cutting, chasing, drilling, welding etc.(whichever required) and embedded in PCC block 1:3:6, type C-2 of size 30cm x 30cm x 30cm in the ground including excavation and earth work complete all as specified & directed. M&L LT electric cable, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, XLPE insulated, armoured electric power cable with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 10sqmm, 4 core conforming to IS- 7098 (Part I) 1988 laid as in trenches or fixed along the wall/pole or passing through pipes/ducts etc, complete all as specified & directed. Note: Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers if any shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply, installation, testing & commisioning, outdoor type feeder pillar box, suitable for 11 KV, made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet, powder coated, dust and vermin proof with rain water protection, double door type with locking arrangements of size 1.2mtr X 1.2mtr X 0.6mtr (minimum) with provision of HT 11 KV post insulators 3 Nos. fixed inside with suitable size of copper busbars for cable connections and danger notice plate, feeder pillar box to be fixed at 45cm above ground level on brick masonry plateform including 75mm thick PCC (1.3.6), type C-1 around the area upto 1.5mtr in all directions from the panel, cable joints inside the panel provided with suitable insulators and copper bus bars all as directed including provision of fencing as per existing pattern with openable gate (approx. area 20 sqm), height up to 1.5 mtr complete all as specified & directed. Notes: Brick plateform, PCC and Fencing as specified & directed deemed to be included in quoted rates. The size & drawing of brick plateform shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Notes for BOQ item No. 32 & 33:- (i) On testing if the desired earth resistance(i.e. less than 3 ohm) is not obtained, earthing will be generated at No extra cost, till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (ii) The chamber shall be constructed atleast 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode.

M&L galvanised steel earth wire 4mm dia on existing steel/PCC poles including binding on insulator with aluminium tap, jumpering etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (PCC) 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in coping to pole etc. including necessary formwork to exposed surface finished even & smooth complete all as specified & directed.

M&L true vertical steel tubular, swaged welded pole conforming to IS-2713 part II , type 410 SP 55, 11 metre long complete with mild steel base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300mm X 300mm, finial taper plug, cap, bolts, nuts, washer and screws hole of required size and Nos. for fixing cross arms including painting externally with two coats of aluminium paint over & including one coat of zinc oxide primer for exposed surface and two coats of black bituminious paint for embeded portion in concrete as well as throughout internally including provision of white & blue colour strips with fluorescent paint upto 1.5 mtr height & nubmering of pole complete all as specified & directed.. Note:- Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured & paid separately.

S&F busbar chamber, outdoor type, size not less than 0.3 mtr x 0.3 mtr x 0.3 mtr, floor mounted, made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron frame with legs 2 feet long and 3.15 mm CRCA steel sheet, double door front with locking arrangement including four numbers aluminium busbar of rating 63 Amps on base insulator in and including 25 mm dia PVC conduct pipe (heavy grade), with MS cable gland for incoming/outgoing cable, the busbar chamber shall be fixed/grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 & painted with one coat of primer of zinc oxide paint and finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Quoted rate deemed to be included for PCC work.

S&F anti climbing device , spikes type fabricated out of MS bars , round square and flat with and including providing required nuts , bolts, washers etc., welding in two halves, made to shape, to suit the cross section of the pole and applying two coats of aluminium paint over & including one coat of zinc oxide complete all as specified & directed.

For Credit Schedule refer Tender documents. The amount of Credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive Contract sum.
