M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, incl making kerbs at wall and oof junction complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for water proofing treatment for roof by applying priming coat of epoxy primer with resin and hardner in 1:3 ratio with water dilution as per manufacturer instructions, applying 2 coats of Fiber Reinforced Elastomeric Liquid fiber applied water proofing membrane formulated with select elastomeric and resilient acrylic polymers and reinforcing synthetic fibers liquid applied membrane with consumption of 0.93 sqm/ltr (each coat), 2nd coat should be applied once 1st coat becomes dry completely all as specified and directed. Ponding test of the roof surface will be done for 48 hours before and after the roof treatment process to identify the leakage and seepage from the roof surface complete all as specified and as directed . Note:(a) The work under item 05 shall be carried out by the authorized applicator of Manufacturer by using modern techniques. The contractor shall also furnish warranty of quality, finish work and effectiveness of waterproofing treatment under this item for a period of not less than 7 years from the date of completion along with manufacturer warranty of material for the same period. (b) From the taking down, preparation of the surface, Engr-in-Charge shall approve each and every stage before applying finishing coats.

Taking up or down 20 mm steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing old steel tubing 20 mm and connection in new or old position (walls ceiling floors etc. including cutting, cleaning, threading, fixing as directed by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed

S & F tubes medium grade galvanized with all fittings & fixed complete to walls & ceiling or laid in floors 20 mm dia bore pipe (including in short length) complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of water tanks capacity exc 500 ltrs and n.exc 1000 ltrs and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed

S & F 100 litre rotational moulded tripple layer polyethlene water storage tanks white colour (cylindrical vertical with closed top) and suitable size of MS tasla with locking system hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20 mm PTMT valve, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed etc complete all as specified and as directed

S & F as in repair Gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe 20 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bends of radius110 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in rep PVC ( SWR pipe ) 110 mm bore rain water pipe including removing old pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces in CM 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness on brick, stone, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, removal of rubbish and cleaning, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonary wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonary finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
