M&L for flame proof point wiring with two single core FRLS-H PVC insulated & PVC unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 volts grade in and including stove enamelled steel conduit of size 20 to 25 mm with all accessories and one single core PVC insulated & PVC sheathed multistranded FRLS-H copper cable of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 Volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, switch board complete incuding cutting chasses on wall/ floour/ ceiling etc. & making good the disturbed surface in cm (i:4) complete all as specified and directed for one light / fan point controlled by one 5 Amps flameproof switch one way complete. S&F plain MS steel sheet 1.60 mm thickness in wall cladding/Ceiling,steel gates and similar work,cut to size,holes punched:including round headed screws,clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams,including bending or turning up,mitred angles,etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F two or more coats of silicon epoxy anti corrosive ARC 254 fire resistant coating on walls/Steel sheets/fire hydrant pipe/false ceiling/ventilation and smoke extraction ducts,as per BS 476,UL,94 IS 101,ASTME,EN certifications @ 2 sqm per kg per coat including preparation of base surface as per recommendation of manufacture to make the surface fire resistant for 2 hours,as per colour of items required shall be allowed and work to be got carried from specialized agency complete all as specified and directed . Note :- mixing ration of base and catalyst will be 6:1 by volume and painting will be done by airless sprey machine only.

Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories area not exceeding 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed. Glazing bead (35mm x 20mm) will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket. 1.2 +–0.2mm thick, galvanized steel Frame (28mm x 21.5mm), T profile (27mm x 17 mrn) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners- 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass cmplete all as specified and directed (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories Net opening will be measured for payment purpose.)

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of wall care putty with Mechanical Means and one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Primer and Distemper to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical Means) only.

M&L for surface excavation n.exc. (Not exceedings) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil exc 250 m but n exc 500 m and deposting where directed at level n exc 25 cm in loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n. exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stones or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast factory made designer tiles (Rectified interlocking tiles)300x300mm glazed top made in white cement and pigment base of thickness not less than 19mm in different colour and pattern (compressive strength not less than 250 kg/sqcm) set and jointed in neat cement slurry (colour and pattern as per sample kept in GE office as approved by GE) including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F at or near ground level factory made pre cast kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line,level and curvature,jointed with cement mortar 1:3,includiing making joints with or without grooves complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling in floors, 30 mm thick, spread levelled and rammed including watering and consolidating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs and as in benching and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
