Supply and laying in replacement of brick, double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe in 6 mtr length conforming to IS 16205 Pt -24 of approved color complete with fittings for cable protection of size 63 mm outer dia and 50 mm inner dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement thermoplastic polystyrene /polycarbonate enclosure bus bar chamber of out side dimension 300X200X105 mm, shock proof, vermin proof and dust proof complete with 04 Nos with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on F class insulators of capacity 100 amps with 01 No 20Amp SPN MCB including 02 Nos non metalic clamps and GI nut bolts and washers of suitable size and fixed on pole/wall including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated aluminium conductor, bedded unarmoured cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core fixed on wall/floor/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing old unserviceable LT Panel board with all accessories and Supply, installing, erecting, commissioning and testing new factory made LT panel board, 415 Volts, 3 Phase & 4wire system, cubical out door type of suitable size for housing of all equipments & proper heat dissipation, CPRI approved weather/dust proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable alley protected with bakelite sheet between bus bar & cable alley with front side shutters with locking arrangement, including TPN Aluminium bus bar insulated with colour coaded heat shrinkable sleeve of rating not less then 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer ACB/MCCB and bus bar chamber covered both side using bakelite sheet partition and wire mesh to the back side of cable alley for the protection purpose . All type Test Certificates and Design varification with switch gears ( ACB & MCCB) as per confirming to IS/ IEC: 61439/2011 Part-1 and part -2 with short circuit test at 65 KA, should be submitted by the contractor before executing the job. The TPN bus bar shall be mounted on F class insulators with intervals not more then 500 mm. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as incoming/outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN Aluminium bus bar of rating not less then 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders. All control wiring shall be with FRLS PVC insulated 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. The panel board shall have bottom channel of size 75 x 40 mm properly welded with 45 CM long 04 legs of angle iron 50x50x6 mm using 3 mm thick CRCA sheet corners to all legs and complete mounted or fixed on PCC foundation above 0.45 mtr on floor and cable connection with suitable size of Aluminum lugs and suitable size of chrome plated brass double compression glands provided for incoming and out-going cables comprising the following :- Make of ACB/ MCCB/MCB/Change over switch: L&T/ABB/LEGRAND/SCHNIEDER/SIEMENS

Note : Bus bar should be fixed on PCC and its rate included in quoted rate.

Note : Bus bar should be fixed on PCC and its rate included in quoted rate.

M&L for replacement of existing old unsv earthing with steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 3.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full lenght of earth plate,40mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30X30cm made of RCC 1:3:6 with suitable handle,angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing of bushes/small plants upto root level around and surroundings areas E/M installations (i.e. Two Pole/ Four structures, outdoor-substation yards & other Misc E/M installations etc.) soft and loose soil including surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep and removing debris to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming up of tree branches upto 3 mtr all around LT overhead lines, removing cut branches from site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The overhead lines will be kept clear from all trees by trimming of tree branches with 3 mtr all around the line. (ii) Necessary permission will be obtained from department by contractor one day prior to trimming in particular area and shut down of that area will be arranged by department.

M & L for disconnecting of burnt/damaged cables from panels/junction boxes etc , cutting out the burnt out ends , making new end joints by supply and fixing new aluminium lugs/insulation tapes etc and reconnecting using new nuts/bolts/washer etc and restoring three phase and neutral in the junction box for the 10 to 240 sqmm 2/3.5/4 core size of LT underground armoured cables complete all as specified and directed. Note - Earth work required for extending the incoming/outgoing cable in junction box/panel board etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in coping/pedestal of poles/foundation including necessary form work and finishing surfaces fair and even using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
