S&F Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed in CM(1:6) incl dismantling of tiles. Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old existing water proofing treament from the top of RCC/arch slab, including taking down existing PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of concrete or plastered surfaces of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30 kg/sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20kg/sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen, over it laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane weight 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyster fabric (weight not less than 160 gm/sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufcturers instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.20kg/sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane with a coat of bitumen aluminium paint @ 0.20kg/sqm as per manufacturers instructions. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20MM thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on roof surfaces with water proofing compound. Complete all as specified and dirtected. (Note- water proofing compound shall be paid separately). Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, hold fast, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering’s, throttling etc. and setting in CM(1:4) with joints to match. Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5/6 mm thick Armstrong ceiling boards 600 x 600 mm, fixed or laid / inserted to timber / GI / Aluminium frame work with screws in ceiling. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work Size of grid 605 x 605mm for false ceiling Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC wall lining consiting of 5mm thick plain wood grain printed/coloured PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame and incl PVC corner as per specification and drawing incl dismnatling of old lining. Complete all as specified and directed

Taking down & Removing to Store Chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single/double extruded WPC (wood polymer composite) solid door frames of chokhat of size 65x125mm comprising of virgin PVC Poymer of K VALUE 58-60 (Suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC aolvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (face) & 1100 N (edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm², moduiles of elasticity 900 N/mm² and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 30mm thick soild flush door plain/pre-laminated WPC (wood polymer composite) moulded shutter should be 10mm deep on the front face of board with different design and other side plain required size comprising of virgin WPC resin of K value 57-60(suspended grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood/powders/rice husk/wheat husk) and nontoxic additives made from extrusion process WPC foam sheet single extruded (inner) with density not less 600 kg/cbm, having good screw holding capacity (screw withdrawal strengthof 2000N (face) & 100N (edge), minimum compressive strength of 50 N/mm², modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm² and resistance of spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer free. Water/moisture proof, fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws. Including mortice lock, tower bolt, handle and door stopper etc. The design and fittings approved by Engr-in-charge. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick factory made solid WPC (wood polymer composite) moulded gauged door shutter with wire mesh in any number of division with brown wood grain texture, including SS wire mesh shall be fixed with 15x15 square tube in side rails with screwed 8x28 heat metal zink coated screws can be remove or fix again after changing of wiremesh when needed. The density shall be as per manufacure instruction. Including mortice lock, tower bolt, handle and door stopper etc. The design and fittings approved by Engr-in-charge. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium door/ window/ventilator/partition shutters and frame, made out of extruded power coated aluminium sections weighing 0.55kg/m, with sliding or openable shutters including frame and necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, power coated aluminium snap beading, screws, channels etc. Complete and also including the following powder coated aluminium fittings such as cobra hinges, butt hinges, tower bolts, hook & eyes, peg stay, moritce lock for doors and handles connected items wtih and including star lock and hydraulic floor spring and door closer.incl deco grill for windows/ventilator , complete all as specified and directed. Taking down existing old door/window/ventilator/partions and removing to stores. Complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Minimum thickness of powder coating shall be not less than 15 micron for widows & ventilators and 25 microns for doors & partions. (ii) Incl Rubber beading. (iii) Design of door, window and ventilator shutters and sections to be used in their fabrications shall be as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge/GE. (iv) Incl 4.00mm thick glass for door/windows/venitlator/partions. (v) 10mm thick glass for door/partion as per site requirement. (vi) Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated floor spring for aluminium door as per site requirement. (vii) Door closer as per site requirment.

Demolition of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any tpe) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms, door cills, wash basn top and like in CM(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl over 15 mm thick Screed in CM (1:4) Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), in two coats (15 thick backing coat +5mm thick finishing coat) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even and fair mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 2% by total wt of cement. complete all as specified and directed Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick works or concrete surfaces, finished the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete sufaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for prep of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any decription over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint.Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prep of old painted surfaces of steel and steel based material of any decription over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint.Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of exisitng treatment on external wall surfaces and applying 1mm thick wall care putty and two coats of exterior grade weather proof acrylic emulsion paint. Complete all as specified and manufactures instruction and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on wall applying 1mm thick wall care putty and two coat finishing of oil bound disteper. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces on wall applying 1mm thick wall care putty and two coat finishing of oil bound distemper. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair one piece closet S trap size (690x375x785)mm with integrated cistern, seat cover and twin flush fittings. Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water and removing to store capacity 500 litres and S&F 500 litres rotational mouded polyethylene three layer water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I incl 15mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe/PPR pipe or brass ferrule and fixed.Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore of pipe steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store and S & F 15 mm dia GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid in floors incl Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in CM(1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth in brick wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore of pipe steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store and S & F 20 mm dia GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China urinals, half stall type (back or corner wall type), complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe incl urinal spreader. Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in sub-base. Complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. Complete all as specified and directed.
