M&L for providing, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F at or near ground level factory made pre cast kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line,level and curvature,jointed with cement mortar (1:3),includiing making joints with or without grooves complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured reflective type rubber moulded with pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair Pre-cast saucer drain of size 300mm x 300mm x 100mm for Pedestrian areas,parking area etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

S&F UPVC (SWR) type B pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand filling in floors having thickness, 25 mm thick, spread levelled and rammed including watering and consolidating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 100mm thick as in sub base of floor/Pathway complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post hole (or similar hole) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not. exc 25 cm etc and getting out soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts etc in fencing including cutting tops to shapes as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed

S&F G.I. chain link fabric fencing made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5mm in required colour and shade of required width in mesh size 50mm x 50 mm including strengthening with 3mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer exc 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new (Previously untreated) plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint on walls surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M&L for TMT mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation,commissioning and testing of hi wall split type air conditioner inverter type of capacity1.5 TR (4500 K Cal/hr ) single phase suitable for 230 V + 10 %, 50Hz AC supply complete with cordless remote control unit using Non CFC refrigerant Gas,minimum 5 star rating and energy efficient complete as comprising of following :- (a) indoor unit with three speed blower fan with motor of appropriate capacity including PCB,thermostatic control,air filter and drain for condensing water (b) Outdoor unit comprising compressor ,air cooledcopper condensor with fan and motor unit shall be installed outside the building / on roof (c) Refrigerant copper pipe for suction and discharge line with insulation ,condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size of flexible PVC conduit with control valves & safty accessories including control wiring for evaporator & condensing Unit with suitable size of copper cable. Cutting holes in walls/window of any thickness with cutting machine for installation of AC etc, connection and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface after work shall be done and rate is included in above rate . (ii) Electrical cable required to connect outdoor unit wih indore unit and indore unit to voltage stabilizer inclusive in above rate. (iii) Powder coated MS bracket/wall stand for fixing out door unit in wall or rooftop with necessary grouting MS hold fast ,bolts etc is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.
