M&L for single component polymer modified mortar repair mortar with compressive strength of 38 MPA at 28 day (ASTM C 109.99) and tensile strength of 2.5 MPA (ASTM C 307) up to 15 mm thick in a single coat as per manufacturer instructions used on wall, chhajja, RCC portion of building, and ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed. M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on surface other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for water proofing cement based putty @ 1 Kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1 mm over the newly plastered / old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even & smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with wall sander L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500 sanding pad of 240 grit or above having dia of 7" / 9" to make the surface free from dust , loose paint etc, by skilled labour with the following steps . Step 1 - Mix the putty powder by adding 40 to 50% water as per manufacturer instruction and mixed it with putty mixer ( truecare putty mixer with minimum 1400 watt power having mixer rod of industrial steel grade 45 with the mixing capacity of minimum 2.5 Kg putty per minute). Step 2 - Apply the first coat of the prepared mixture with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty by graco spray machine ( Model EH 230D!) or equivalent having the DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of maximum 6 Ltr/ minute with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041". M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall or ceiling surfaces using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a maximum material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified & directed. M & L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicone additive & colour stay technology, excellent dirt pick up resistance of approved make with low VOC less than 50, anti fungal properties in two coats @1.79 Itr (undiluted) /10 Sqm diluted with water 5:2 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of approved make having an electric motor of minimum 1HP with a flow speed of min 1 itr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paints with 8 years performance warranty from manufacture and instructions complete all as specified and directed. Removal of plants/trees/Shrubs from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldg, chajjas, wall Each junctions, junctions of rain water/CI soil/waste pipe junctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaced using PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 or cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/CI/PVC pipe joints which were damaged during cutting/taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the disturbed surfaces to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/staging upto a height of 15.00 m from the ground level complete all as specified as directed.

Notes for Ser item No 1 to 11:- (i) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fittings damaged during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost to the department. The decision of the GE in this regard shall be final and binding. ( ii) The debris including vegetation plant/trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 Km and n.exe 1.00 K m all as directed by Engineer -in charge. (iii) For deciding the girth of the plant/tree the height shall be taken at 30 cm above the slab/wall. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out the work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted shall be deemed to include the same. (v) All windows, joineries, mirrors, fittings, doors etc. shall be covered before painting the surfaces and the same shall be cleaned including cleaning of floors as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, failing which a recovery shall be done from the RAR as decided by Garrison Engineer and the quoted rate is deemed inclusive of these provisions. (vi) The contractor shall enter a " Memorandum of Understanding" (MoU) duly notarised (not later than 03 month old) with manufacturer mentioned in the contract agreement. Work shall be commenced when MoU be submitted by contractor. Validity of MoU shall be valid during the currency of the work. However during defect liability period if any defect noticed contractor shall only be responsible for rectification of the same.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces or steel base material of any description not otherwise described, surface exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with paint sprayers, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wood or wood base material of any description not otherwise described, surface exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with paint sprayers, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping ( where full thickness recovered or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, where directed complete all as specified and directed

M&L cutting crack to 'V' groove section in existing roof cleaning out wetting grouting with cement and sand slurry of 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof curbing, padding over roof slab complete all as specified and directed. Note - Average thickness shall not exceed 40mm

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, mixed with liquid water proofing compound over concrete surface of roof when concrete is green complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for priming over roof surface @0.25 Ltr / Sqm over a cleaned roof surface and applying one coat of bitumen painting with hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt not less than 150gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs or rounded or chamfered on edge and throating complete all as specified directed.

M&L for cement concrete tile of size 300 mm x 300 mm & 20 mm thick tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 , jointed & pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with crude oil @ 5 % by weight of cement as per SSR-2009 (Part-I) on roof area complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and apply high build elastomeric water proofing coating based on pure, hydrophobic polyurethane, cold applied of spray / brush applied, PU AQUA membrane with an elongation of 450% and tensile strength of 1.5 N/ Sqmm as per ASTD D 2370, crack bridging ability of 4 mm as per ASTM AS-NZ 4548, no leakage upto 7 bars of water pressure as per BS EN 12390- 8. The system includes final base preparation, Apcoflor HFP 130 epoxy primer application and applying PU AQUA or equivalent in two coats with a consumption of 1.8 Kg/ Sqm on a primed surface with primer and a 40 GSM fibre mesh sandwiched in between etc complete as per manufacturer,s specification complete all as specified and directed.
