Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement, in the proportion of 6:3:1inclucing supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required proper completion of the works.

RCC WORK

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") guage approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3, (1cement :1.5coarse sand:3 aggregate) in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 B WG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works strength of the concrete shall not beless than M-20

as in item 283 but in 1:1.5:3 RCC(column and T- beam)

STEEL WORK

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend, hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire.

Painting on divider 1 priming and two coats of enamel paint including supply of all material ,labours ,tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work

Road work

EXCAVATION

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M lift and 30 M lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30 M distance as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. (Excluding royality)(Royality as per Govt. rate to be paid extra wherever applicable) for small works/Abadi area.(where machine cannot be move)

Providing, laying spreading and compacting graded aggregate to wetmix macadam, specification including premixing the material with warer ai OMC in mechanincal mix plant carriage of mix material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub base /base course on wall prepared surface and compacting with vibratory rollar to achieve the desired density.
