The required prior work experience for the bidder is at least four years in the organized sector. The bidder must have experience of successfully executing work as follows: - For works more than 40.00 Lacs & up to 50.00 Lacs: Two jobs of total value equal to the bid value. - For works more than 50.00 Lacs & up to 150.00 Lacs: Two jobs of total value equal to the bid value. - For works more than 150.00 Lacs & up to 500.00 Lacs: Two jobs equal to bid value or one job of total value equal to 75% of the bid value. - For works more than 500.00 Lacs: Two works to total value 75% of the bid value. Additionally, the bidder should have a certain level of prior work experience based on the work value, with specific requirements for Diploma and Graduation Engineers, including experience and qualifications. The evidence of satisfactory execution of work that have been executed by the Tenders during the last four years in organized sectors have to be produced. The cumulative turnover during the last three consecutive years is also considered, with requirements such as 1.5 times bid value and a percentage of the bid value, ranging from 15% to 25%. The minimum tangible net worth of at least 25% of the bid value is also required. The technical staff, including Diploma and Graduation Engineers, should be on the payroll of the bidder, with the required experience and qualifications. The bidder should also have sufficient machinery, tools, and plants necessary for carrying out the work.
