The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the cost of work and designation. For a cost of work over 1000, the requirements are: - Project Manager with a degree in Civil Engineering: 10 years - Graduate Civil Engineer: 5 years - Graduate Civil Engineer or Diploma Civil Engineer: 5 years For a cost of work between 500 to 1000, the requirements are: - Graduate Civil Engineer: 5 years - Graduate Civil Engineer or Diploma Civil Engineer: 5 years For a cost of work between 200 to 500, the requirements are: - Graduate Civil Engineer: 5 years - Graduate Civil Engineer or Diploma Civil Engineer: 5 years For a cost of work between 50 to 200, the requirement is: - Graduate Civil Engineer: 2 years The bidder should have completed: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of the proposed work; - OR Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the cost of the proposed work; - OR One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the cost of the proposed work. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual executed value of work at a simple interest rate of 5% per annum. Running projects in which work up to 80% (less mobilization advance) of the total financial value has been satisfactorily completed will be considered under experience mentioned in eligibility criteria. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar nature of work is given a maximum of 60 marks. To become eligible for short listing, the bidder must secure at least 60% marks in each attribute, which includes experience in similar nature of work. The evaluation of experience in similar nature of work is as follows: (i) 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, (ii) 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more. In between (i) & (ii) – on pro rata basis. The bidder must have experience of similar class of works, with evaluation criteria as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii) – on pro rata basis The experience of similar class of works carries 60 marks. The bidder needs to submit forms such as Form “T-2/1” (Details of Eligible Similar Works completed), Form “T-2/2” (Details of Works Completed), and Form “T-2/3” (Details of works for Construction of similar works in INDIA” Completed) to provide details of their experience. The bidder also needs to submit Form “T-3” (Performance Report of Works referred to in Form T-2/1, 2 & 3) to provide performance reports of their prior works. The cost of the works completed is to be provided in Rs. Crores. The bidder needs to submit copies of work orders and completion certificates for the mentioned works. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder is required to have a certain amount of experience in similar works, with the cost of the work ranging from more than 1000 to 50 Lac. The bidder should have completed works with the following values: - More than 1000 Lac - 500 to 1000 Lac - 200 to 500 Lac - 50 to 200 Lac The bidder is required to have experience in similar nature of work during the last seven years.
